Touhou Labyrinth ver. 2.04 On Windows 7 Premium Help

Hello. I am a new user of this forum and a fan of Touhou. I was referred to Touhou Labyrinth by a friend, and decided to try to play it. I got all the files, moved the files to where they were supposed to go and patched it and all that stuff.

all the files are in the correct places, as well as the fonts installed (I linked to the image because the images are large, and I didn't want to make a huge post)

anyway, I open it up (image to show that I have the right patch and the loading screen works)

and then, bam!

it says some crap I don't understand.  Soooooo I look around for answers. and I find some and try them out. I set my location to Japan. It didn't do anything. I found that I may need an east-Asian language patch or something of the sort. And I also find that I need to having freaking windows 7 Ultimate or whatever it's called. I have Windows 7 Premium (as shown below) and so therefore apparently cannot install it. So I have no idea what to do. My computer's specs are shown below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can do my Let's Play of this game. Thanks in advance!

Not sure about this game, but does it have an actual installer?  It might install more than just the game files on your computer.

I don't think I could patch the game even if I installed it from the CD
