Aya will land that gig at FOX, and leave Gensokyo with a jolly, "So long, suckers!". And then come back 3 months later when she's fired for having too much integrity.

One of Marisa's goals was to make her own Hourai Elixir.  So far, she made one, but it was too big for her to consume.  (At least according to PCB.)

How can a potion be 'too big to consume'? ??? It's called an elixir. It isn't some kind of Dr.Mario pill the size of your head, right?

I'd so watch FOX News if Aya was on there.

I wonder if Kisume would lose her bucket when she grows up. Think there was some fan-art of her being adult.

Expecting Kisume to lose her bucket is like expecting Stephen Hawking to lose his wheelchair.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

He will lose his wheelchair when he ascends to a greater lifeform than humans.

And not too long after that, spilled coffee will begin spelling out prophetic messages.

I see adult Chen taking after her master. She'd become a lot more serious and calculating, maybe even cold, like a real cat. She'd end up being an efficient and loyal servant. Maybe if Ran dies/reincarnates back to a one-tailed fox Chen will become Yukari's shikigami. I also imagine Chen to start wearing fancy china dresses. She'd keep her hat and short hair style though.

Nice ideas. I'm also thinking Chen will be called Chen Yakumo at that point ...

So when Yukari grows up... will she be an ultra-hag or something?  Considering the fact that she claims herself as 17 that is.

Uh, she doesn't claim this. It's a fan joke/reference.

Chen, you say?

Aren't nekomatas supposed to only have two tails, no matter how old they get?

I think she'd just stay exactly the same. Yay for gap youth powers :derp:

Obviously, a grown up Kisume will wear the bucket on her head.

I'm not sure why "real" cats are considered cold...  I've not had a cold cat ever. Sometimes they are shy, but rarely cold.

I think it all depends on the owner, if any.

Depends on the cat, too. Cats have as wide a variety of personalities as people do.

Pet-wise they are cute, cuddly and like attention. Predator-wise they are intelligent, calculated, efficient and more often than not very cruel. My cat is a cute lovable furball when I'm petting her, but once she got her claws on a mouse and tore its torso open and then throw and drag it about just for fun.She didn't even eat it. If you look at it in a certain way, they're pretty cruel and cold. But it is they're nature, so who am I to say what is cruel and cold?

Oh boy, don't pay any attention to how humans treat their potential meals then. Carnivores are generally cold to prey, but that doesn't make them cold to everything else. My cat seems to go after not any ordinary birds, but hatchlings, yet he is the nicest cat I know. Chen, be she cat-like or more human, would be a warm and caring person among those she well, cared about, and a cold and calculating predator among those who she deems threats or food (if she even eats fellow humans and youkai). If not a tad more mature and calm due to age. On the flip side, she could never lose her inner child and end up a bigger troll than Yukari.

You know, I had an idea a while ago that if Yukari ever gets killed in battle (maybe by Yuuka) that she'd have some backup plan to keep existing. One of these plans would be passing on her powers and maybe even her soul to either Reimu or Chen upon death.

Can you imagine a nigh-omnipotent adult Chen on a warpath to get revenge for her master's master? (or maybe even her own master, if Yukari's slayer got Ran too)

Reimu will grow up to become the wisest human.

And by that I mean she'll take up timecube.

But in Gensokyo, she'll be right.
