:3 > "So what was the deal with those guys anyway?"
> Follow Solais.

> :3 You chat up the head fairy of the Gapland Shrine while she takes you down to the building itself. "That's the thing. We have no idea. According to the ones that got jumped this morning, they look a lot like those fairies from before, but... You saw them! They were no fairies! We don't do things like that!"
>Solais looks pretty shaken up as you land outside the big red gate overseeing the path to the shrine proper. A light is radiating from inside, but the bodies of many little fairies block it out for the most part.

> :) Start the tour
>:) Ask if Moerin is the same Moerin that Jan knows~

> :) As you attach your tourism-level flying license to your shoulder, you ask Moerin if she knows Jan. "Oh, you mean Jana? Yes, we're... Very well acquainted~ In fact, I know she lives in the area~" Maid Xan doesn't seem to be responding much. Actually, a lot of her movements seem a little stiff...
>Stepping outside and taking off, with your two customers in tow, you can see some lights to the northeast. It looks like something scary is happening outside the shrine! You can only hope it goes away before you get there in your tour.
>As you slowly fly Moerin and Xan to the town's central square, you talk a little bit about the history of Gapland, the founding of the town by the goddess and her fairies, and its growth into the modestly successful commercial district. You've practiced this a million times; you're sure you did everything correct!
>As you arrive in the square, you talk a bit about the eateries and businesses. You make sure to name-drop both Sana's Sweet Hats and Jana's Musical Magecraft, as well as some other places like Dragoshi's Bakery and N-Forza's Imports and Exports. The business owners usually give you a few strawberries on the side if your tourists visit them later!
>As you turn north, you can see that the lights above the shrine are gone, but a lot of fairies are still flying... More than you think work in Gapland. Do you want to go on anyway?

>Tourism-Level Flying License: A badge that lets you fly aerial tours of the city. Yourself and your customers (wearing identical badges) are allowed to fly slowly along pre-determined routes at pre-determined times. Boy, this city sure has strict laws on flying!

:yumemi:: Molest.
> :yumemi: You are not in this story yet! Begone with you!

>Fuck yeah it's me!

> Yer' darn tootin' it's you! But you somehow feel that it it not yet your time...

> sing the 'Japan Break Industries' themesong
>Neither of you know this song. :<

>THE TOUR CANNOT BE DEVIATED FROM IT IS ILLEGAL.
> :) Breaking rules is wrong. :(

> :) You decide to continue the tour in spite of the fairy swarm. You've worked really really hard to land this job!

>As you lead Moerin and Xan north, talking about the shrine's various features, you come close enough to see the colors of the fairies' clothes. Most of them are the Gapland Shrine's standard blue and green, but a few of them are wearing blue and red. You're not quite sure why, but Moerin seems to know who they are and notes that "They're a bit far from home~"

Sanaside
> Surprise Moerin and Xan by dropping them from a high altitude. Nobody will know who did it.

>You are not physically lifting them.  Besides, even if you were, it would be very bad for business!

:3
> "Whoa.  Whats with the light?"

> :3 You ask Solais about the light in about as uncultured a manner that fits you. She frowns at you and explains, "That's the light of the goddess giving a message to her loyal fairy retainers. I'll have to ask you to stay put for the time being." You can tell that the fairy is a bit annoyed, probably because she's stuck with you instead of with her goddess or whatever.

>"I'll be adding this to your bill."

> :3 Solais looks dumbstruck. "Wha- You mean weapons testing? Fine, how much?!"

> :3 Inquire about Solais' religion.

>You ask a bit about religion at the Gapland Shrine. Solais scoffs at you pretty quickly. "I knew it... You're too new here to be devoted to our glorious goddess. Mind-the-Gap has always ruled here, and as a representation of all our hopes and dreams, her divine light will..."
>Your attention kind of gives out at this point. You don't have anything against the goddesses; hell, you're acquainted with a few, but Fairy Pope here seems 100% devoted to Gappy. You personally can't really stand that kind of thing. ..But at least she's enthusiastic!

:)
> "You recognize those fairies?"

> :) "Oh, Sana, you're so silly~ Those are the fairies of the Rurosaka Shrine~" Xan silently nods her agreement with her mistress's words. Considering you've always liked playing with Ruro, you're a bit surprised that you didn't notice sooner!
>Of course, now that Moerin has mentioned it, you know that the fairies have come a long way! The Rurosaka Shrine is pretty far to the east of your city, and while someone like Ruro can handle the distance without a problem, these fairies must have been travelling for a long time!

> :) Warn Moerin and Xan about the shrine's stairs.

>Of course, despite flying, you give Moerin and Xan a quick warning about the shrine's steep stairs. It's tradition, after all!
>As you fly up the stairs, you can see a dim light at the top. It looks like the same kind of light you would see at a festival, or at a Saturday Night Lightning. With your knowledge of the area and local lore, you can tell that the light is a direct effect of the goddess's power!
>Moerin and Xan have also  taken notice, and Moerin is smiling to herself. "So, she's awake then? Let us finish the tour, if you please~"

Gildward: Drop artillery instrument due to being way too goddamn heavy for a bard.

> This trombone thing? It's not too heavy for your DIVINE FAIRY BODY. You're more worried about footing the bill!

> You're not even supposed to be taking commands at this point of the story, but you take a deep breath and apologize. Swindling outsider violent arms merchant or not, Jana still did the shrine a great favor.
>You're also not 100% sure that it was Erebus who attacked your goddess. She's one for cults, not small-scale armies... If she attacked, the casualties would have been far worse.

> :) You go ahead and lead Moerin and Xan to the shrine. Not too long after you pass the shrine's red gate, you can see Jan and Solais watching the proceedings. Moerin calls out Jan's name, and she turns around with a mix of surprise and displeasure on her face. You wonder just what happened between those two during the last incident...

~ >Greet Jan.  With tongues.

:) >Say hi to Jan~

>Ahah~
> :) You greet Jan! She looks fairly surprised, but you did tell her you were coming here for a tour... She's probably surprised by Moerin and Xan, and not you. If anything, you're surprised to find her here, knowing how much she dislikes shrines and all!

> Wait, so we can control our own characters in this game?

> /inb4 this becomes a multiplayer RPG instead...
I don't think so it was just my attempt when I misunderstood everything when I was in a pretty lousy mood.

>Correct. Playable characters are rarer than goats in this part of the world! When you have a playable character ready to be played with, you'll be sure to know. If you guess one, as Solais did, I'll just post something along the lines of, "It is not yet your time..." over and over again until that character is really meant to enter the story. Keep in mind that while there are a decent number of characters to play as, your choices will determine which of those actually become playable.

>"What're you doing here?"

> :3 You cut right to the chase. Good choice! "I was called here by little Solais~ A whole bunch of us were. Why else would all of Ruro's fairies be around, hm~?" While that does explain a few things, you sense that you're somehow not getting the full picture...

Quote
Sanaside
>"Buh?"

> :) How embarrassing! Jan looks to you and gives you what you think is supposed to be a reassuring smile. You think that's what it is, anyway!

>The light from inside the shrine seems to have dimmed down. Solais speaks quickly to both of you, as well as to Moerin and Xan. "Mind-the-Gap has requested the presence of emissaries from across the land to discuss... A new incident. I am not able to tell you any more, so if you two-" As the miko-fairy turns to you and Sana, she is interrupted by a smaller-looking fairy.
>"The goddess has said that those two can come in. Let's hurry!" The hyperactive little fairy flies in a circle before heading back to the shrine. Solais looks back to you two and nods. "Very well. Come on!"

>Inside the shrine, you can see groups of fairies, wearing Gapland's blue and green clothing, trying to move some Rurosaka shrine fairies, as well as some other guests, into a seating area around a podium.
> :3 Looking at the familiar faces, you can see a couple of Rurosakan emissaries. You know of them since you attacked and then followed them to Moerin during the last incident, but you kind of hope they can't recognize you as well as you do they... You also recognize someone you met along the way during the last incident. And, as if to say "Erebus didn't do it," one of her friends is in the crowd as well.
> :) You can see a couple of local school teachers already sitting around this podium. You're not sure why they're here, but it must be important!

>Is there anything you two would like to discuss, ask each other, or Solais before you're shown to your seats?
