And no, I have not played HRtP at all recently, or even this year. Or much ever, despite liking it.

Got a pretty good 2DNB Murasa Normal run, died twice on Drowning Vortex. Did it for mainly for practise. But its still good to know that I can time-out Phantom Ship Harbor

Recently picked this back up, seems so much easier after playing the Lunatic version for a while. Oh, and my key remapper was malfunctioning during Aya's last card.

Why I don't like to perfect bosses

How can you find Nue of all bosses to be the hardest? Her only three non-easy cards are Undefined Darkness, which isn't that bad, Rainbow UFO, which surprisingly isn't too evil if you do it correctly, and then Grudge Bow because that last phase is damn. Everything else should be beatable with 1 bomb at the most.

I normally don't use bombs in Extra. And about Nue's attacks, i'm more likely to die to Heiankyou's Nightmare than Rainbow UFO's. Rainbow UFO's is just some dodging while Heiankyou makes me claustrophobic. Grudge Bow is good. Undefined Darkness... i don't like that attack. The only way to die at it is if you can't see what hits you.

Then it would be important to mention the more challenging stage portion and what i'd easily call the toughest EX mid-boss. Aside of Patchouli, EX-midbosses are easy-sauce and even Patchouli isn't that bad but i have a nasty tendency of misreading Kogasa's 1st and 2nd spellcard. The stage portion is also tougher. Not just survival but UFO chaining makes it tougher.

PoFV Normal 1cc Marisa. Whoot woot! All I have left is Tei, Lyrica and Reisen. Reisen is fairly good, but Tei and Lyrica will take some practice. Or I could play Easy :]

I just did the best MS lunatic 1cc yet (with Yuka, of course <3), AND got it on camera. Five deaths, sixteen bombs. First death was a derp clip halfway through Yuki and Mai. Of course, there had to be one horrific mistake, which was when I ran into a kunai on the first part of stage 5 and died with two bombs in stock. Even so, finishing 2/2 (noting that as usual I missed the 400 point extend) and recording it is a good feeling.

Just figured out the totally obvious solution to Philosophy of a Hated Person's third phase after a year and a half of only ever capturing it twice. Would have perfected Koishi and the stage had I had not derped on Youkai Polygraph and clipped on Rorschach.

Buddhist Diamond timed out on Lunatic. Took only 10 tries. It even tried to wall me in but i was really "in the zone" at the time so it didn't matter.

UFO stage portion is Ha ha, old chap! :V

I don't know what it means to be old chap but i often clip while UFO chaining. Stupid me eh? Also, i don't accept bombs during EX stage portions unless its for score. I just restart until i get it right. All the earlier Touhou games have easier EX stage portions and while EX bosses usually aren't that big of a threat to me i pick Nue as my hardest as she is the hardest to get to perfectly. And she is also one of those bosses that actually have hard attacks at the level of QED (though easier than QED) and BoLaD (which i'm apparently consistent at).
