Ok, I tweaked Lowens %s to what I might like to have. Overall, I think I like that (unless a 60% in Str is ok/not OP) and it still adds up to 300.

Superior IMO

I nerfed the RES so I could have more in other areas, but if it is better, then thats perfectly fine.

I notice a lack of mercenaries and priests in that list. I'll take one of those, preferably mercenary, but w/e. And I haven't done sprites in a while, I can do edits, but I can try out making custome sprites too if you need to  :V
If I get in, I'll pick stats after there's a definitive class.

I'm so confused D: Esifex is a non-prepromote and I have her balanced out for 280% growths.

You have it backwards.

Prepromotes get 280% because I expect them to get higher base stats

NON-Promotes get 300% giving them more time and chances to not get RNG fucked

I'm assuming CON/MOV are the same as in the actual game - I see no reason to change them yet

CON isn't completely based on class though. For example, Dorcas has 14 CON while Bartre has 13, but both are Fighters.

If possible, I'm actually also interested in tweaking my character's MOV up by one from base in exchange for a stat and/or CON hit.

Still, straying too far from the baseline of game balance may be a risky business.

A few Questions about how things work before I start working on my character.

Rabbit's entree as an Enemy lists being from Early game to Mid Game. Is it implied or expected that Rabbit's Character will be killed? This answer will affect my character's backstory a lot.

Also, how much trouble would it be balancing a character for a 0-Tier slot? Or should we not bother with that at all?
Actually, thinking about it, there might not be a need to use the 0th Tier at all, and just have a seperate guest character instead.

Alright, data for cavalier-Sakana added to the sheets~

Since I have no idea about stats, I just used those for Kent and added the extra 10% we have (Kent only has 290% total) for stat-growth to Luck, since the Wiki said that's his weakness.

Also I'd like for Sakana to remain a female character, since female cavaliers are pretty rare afaik. Whether she's Rou's younger or older sister, and what her backstory is, I'll leave that up to the storywriters. Her being a Librarian probably won't fit into the story anymore, so that can be dropped.

I believe Rabbit's character is an Enemy that can be Recruited.

Though, it's generally POSSIBLE to kill Enemy->Playable characters.

No love for priests. Gofure the priest's data is added!

Basically took Arthur's base stats from FE8 with Rhys's growth from FE9. I'll make sprites for him when I get home from work and see if I can make them look any good.

Tear: In the name of the many lives taken unjustly, you will PERISH! Divine judgement for an evil soul!

Once the main party shows up my character would basically ask if the hero speaking to me is a friend or foe, against or with the bandits. Picking against the bandits lets me join as a permanent character, picking with the bandits makes me attack you AND the bandits.

Ooooor, I could join outside of a fight :V

Dialogue in FE has no trees - you engage conversation and it plays out in one way, and one way only. Your character would be like 'Are you with or against the bandits?!'
'What? Against.'
'Very well. I will aid you.'

'Other' team can be attacked by enemies but not the player - though they won't be targetable by player skills aside from 'Rescue' and 'Talk'. They'll also operate on their own as an AI unit if coded to do so, instead of just stand around like in some cases.
