AFAIK there's the Philips' buffet and the Philips' sit-down. I second the emotion of Philips being overpriced touristy seafood. Sure, it's decent quality and well prepared, but $30 for two crab cakes is overpriced. They're fine crab cakes, but $30 for crabcakes is NYC super duper mega awesome restaurant crab cakes.
Honestly, I second Hooters. We're a rowdy bunch, I'm sure, and it's probably doable to get a bunch of people in. Plus I can slam down shots of their hot sauce and come out thirsty for more. :dragonforce:
What other group-dining options are available Inner Harbor-wise, or possibly across via water taxi? I am not local enough to know of the good spots. ;_;
