Yep, Yuichiro "Jienotsu" Nagashima won the K-1 World MAX 2010 -70kg Japan Tournament!

That....is so freaking awesome. And his little group of fans all pull of the cosplays very well. Seeing all of them follow him down to the ring in a pose is pretty cute. And Yuichiro is no slouch either! He pulls off Marisa amazingly well. Just awesome.

One thing I found amusing as well; in the Japanese version of the report, it states Jienotsu's cosplay as "the character Marisa from 『東方見聞録』". (Touhou Kenbunroku; literally "Travelogue of the East", better known to westerners as "The Travels of Marco Polo"). Whether this was because someone fed that to the reporter as a prank, or someone just told him it was from "touhou" and the reporter made that assumption himself, I have no clue. It certainly doesn't seem like the Japanese reporters are any better than everyone's favourite CNN though.
