>Pursue Yorihime at top speed, stay VERY AWARE of surroundings, then prepare to dodge that damned poison vial. Since it's rather easy to hit someone with it when they are chasing you. In fact, don't chase linearly, use evasive measures in the chase. Also, fire some super dankmaku in front of you as you go.

Reisen did this once in SaBND, so if you haven't read that this'll probably be a little strange.

>It seems that she has. You indulge in a few choice words. If nothing else, at least now you won't have to worry so much about damaging Eientei.
>You contemplate taking the easy way out, but there's no guarantee it would stop a moving target. Eientei, unfortunately, is an immobile target. Not to mention that Mokou and innumerable others would punch you forever. Instead, you enter the Bamboo forest.
>The bamboo here is fairly thick, as few people bother to walk around Eientei. You can see, near the wall, a spot where someone threw up. It seems that Yorihime is still suffering a bit from the pollen. You don't see her, but you suspect she is nearby. Obvious exits are South, West, and East.

> Also, if it isn't any trouble, manipulate the wavelengths in the forest to prevent anyone from escaping.

>You could do this, but it would take a lot of your concentration. You aren't sure how effectively you could fight while doing this, but you are certain it would prevent you from employing spellcards.

OOC: This would hide the exits I presume? That would make escape extremly hard.

> Check near where someone threw up, look for signs of footprints. If Yorihime really did throw up, then she likly left a footprint or 2 for us to follow, unless she tried to cover her tracks.

>You follow the tracks and go south.
>The bamboo here is grows in thick clumps, some of it large enough to be durable and difficult to cut despite its dryness. You see Yorihime up ahead, waiting for you. She seems a bit shaky, still, but her eyes don't seem quite so irritated as before. She smiles as you approach. "I considered something sneaky," she says, "but one good turn deserves another. Besides, it would be a shame to risk damaging Eientei any further."
>She brandishes her sword. "Shall we resume?"

>You prepare Loafing Sign: Idling Wave (Partially Expended), setting the Green and Blue Gems to empower it. You set the other two gems to guard your sides.
 >Yorihime moves so that she's approaching toward the side you covered with the Red Gem.  "I wouldn't use that one so carelessly here, if I were you," she says. "I doubt it is as considerate as, say, Lord Kagatsuchi."
>She is about seven yards from you, now. Certainly on guard, but doesn't seem to be doing anything just yet.

>"You really have let those things control your heart, if that's what you're truly thinking!"  Yorihime shouts as she dives aside from the flames and the Purple Gem's line of bullets.
>The flames come perilously close to some of the bamboo, but nothing ignites yet that you can see.
>"Besides, aren't there people lost out there?" asks Yorihime as she ducks under the Purple Gem's bullets and dashes toward you.

>She is closing in rapidly, and being very much a threat right now; moving too quickly for the red gem to track on its own!

>On its own, no. But you quickly realize if you paired the Blue and Red Gems, you could get exactly that.

> Counter with said gem-sword and follow up with a dense wave of force danmaku.
> Would the sword still be able to shoot beams?

>You draw the Blue and Red Gems together as Yorihime bears down on you.  As she starts to bring her sword upwards, a fiery white beam fires out between the two gems and clashes against her sword. You follow up with a blast of force danmaku, striking her torso solidly and sending her staggering backwards. She quickly draws back, ducking around a thick stand of bamboo.
>The sword of white light is about two yards long, focused between the two gems. You should be able to direct it with your thoughts, but you aren't sure if it would be as fast as Yorihime's weapon. You are very certain you wouldn't be able to match her skill with it.

>You could, but that would be inefficient. Instead you could just have them focus their power on you and not have to grasp the gems at all. You doubt this would really improve any of the problems from before, but hopefully you can be a bit more precise with it.

>You direct the gems to transfer it to yourself.  You sense that you activate the blade the same way you do your danmaku. Meaning you won't be able to do both at the same time; and that the blade will take both of your hands to use.
