Nameless quest of the Nameless one!

Spidere:
You are ________! A _______ who has ventured into the rather odd land of Gensokyo! You have been lured here by a mysterious woman with a very fancy umbrella! Promising something at least somewhat better than you already have!

Allow me to explain this poor, likely overdone concept;

You, the players will vote amongst yourselves on a character name, race, and starting location! When you have come to a conclusion, state so! Remember that these will all have a great impact on gameplay!

Also, this will be difficult, in the sense that no location will be left unvisited, and the glaring fact:

You can, and will die.

But don't worry, The mysterious woman with the very fancy umbrella brought you here for something, and will bring you back to the last chance you had to escape your fate. She may, however, offer some, "ahem", commentary, on the matter.

But with your combined efforts, and the stereotypical nature of this speech, you will find adventure, treasure, and a deadly conspiracy that I may or may not be lying about!

(My first text adventure, so expect somewhat slow posts, average scripting and the like. Also, the death system is lenient, and is a key feature of the adventure. It won't be as bad as you think, give it a chance.)

Race as in the type of human we are(Caucasian, Hispanic, African, Asian) or race as in what type of... being we are (Human, Fairy, Youkai, etc.)

And for name... well, quick question then, is our protagonist male or female? Or is that also decided?
MysTeariousYukari:
I vote Female Human. For names, I suggest, Mystearica, Aurica, Kosmos or Maria. I vote we start at the Yakumo Manor/Residence.

Please keep it from getting retarded please.

Also, keep in mind the abilities you'd get from each race, single 'em out, and choose well.

If you're wondering what's so great about humans, they learn the most diverse range of skills, rather than focus on one area.
