Best way to re-learn Touhou

It has been like 8 months since I haven't played any dainmaku, and besides getting better fastly in PCV (always in normal mode, obviously), I would like recommendations on what Touhou to train to keep "up to date"; I already downloaded the mega torrent with all the Touhou games and im loving Marisa~Alice combination, but Touhou 11 it's very difficult for me right now. Last time I played Touhou I could CC Touhou 7 and 8 on normal mode.

MoF Hard should hold you the ropes for what's ahead.  You might also want to try UFO Normal, but it is almost as hard as SA Normal.

Unlike Pre-IN games, the power system is very sadistic.  So be wary of that.  You die (in UFO) or bomb (MoF and SA) more than you should (like may be 2?), and you will fail in the later stages, unless you are very lucky.

You can start by reading the rules and not openly admitting to pirating Touhou games! That's a good way to re-learn!
