As for the JPEG compression question, when you save it there should be an option to bump up the quality somewhere. Try 'Save for Web' if you don't see it normally.

[Bondage Byakuren] Completed Lineart. Color flats established. Gradient hair is apparent.

Many issues. Her right breast (that is, our right) is being squeezed by her arm and covered by the cloth, despite her arm reaching behind her torso. The ropes should be squeezing her breasts. Her cleavage reaches too far up her chest (they're either too high up or the torso isn't long enough, can't tell). The base of her neck is poorly defined, and her neck in general appears too squat. The angle of her arms suggests they are bent beyond the range of her shoulders. Her rib lines are much too sharp, and her abdomen line (the heck do you call that?) isn't straight. The design of her panties is a bit confusing (too many layers?). Part of her face appears concave, and it's asymmetrical. Something is up with the positioning of her face vs the size of her head but I can't quite figure it out.

At the moment I'd say it looks like you're looking up at her and she's bending forward at the waist to look down at you, not sure if that's what you intended or not.

I usually draw some bones and the clavicle, but I don't know what caused me to completely miss this time. I guess the hair layer got in the way so much that I thought I already had it. Weird.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet by Stuffs is the thickness and arrangement of the rope. The rope is thin to the point where it should be compressing the flesh a good deal (and also not very suitable for real bondage because it can damage the person tied up). Plus, the rope should be above and below the breasts, not over the top.

Here are two step-by-step pictures of the process of tying the tortoise binding, which should give you a better sense of how the ropes should be laid out on the body.
