People on Nico Nico Douga started to realize CNN's error, and the guy who made the stop-motion video is telling CNN to give him a break.

What surprised me is that CNN actually gave credits to Alstroemeria Records, heh.

It's funny how the reactions of most people on the video on NicoNico is something like:
"It's the otherway around lol"
"Fools lol"
"CNN (laughs)"
Although some people do take it quite seriously. Many take it more like a laughing matter.
P.S. The people on the thread of Nico Nico question CNN as a news channel and many feel for the maker of the videos. ....Guess there's both extremes to this topic.

I spent some time on internet today....

Turns out I like strawberry crisis so much more than bad apple.

I haven't actually watched the Bad apple videos yet.

But I am quite surprised to see that it has even hit CNN.

my friend will be all over that...he thinks touhou is secretly the zerg and that's why they assimilate everything. I can imagine his reaction...almost as creeped out as when I told him about Aya Wright...Can't wait...

I stand corrected I did watch the bad apple video before...

see the woman in the CNN broadcast didn't say which part she was creeped out by it jsut so happened to be when marisa flew in.

honestly though I enjoy strawberry crisis more although I doubt people will ever make a video for that one.

I thought the stop motion bit was quite funny, probably accidental as they've gone and spoke without thinking, like most public speakers over there do. If it was on an LCD screen of an organiser or something they'd have probably said it was made by masterful punching in of sets of schedules and dates :V

KyoAni is in no real position to buy Touhou - ZUN won't sell it to anyone. Worst case scenario, Square-Enix tries to seize it from him (he works for Taito, who is owned by S-E, and odds are they made him sign a contract that anything he develops under their employ is theirs for the taking), they take him to court over it and the court case gets thrown out as this sort of case has been so many times before.
