>It's fairly hard to see, but you are pretty sure there are severally smallish things flitting about over the water, akin to a small cloud of insects. You are reasonably certain they are faeries.

>The tunnel flares out into a immense chamber, filled with numerous buildings. Lamps light the gloom, while muted music can be heard echoing throughout. Up above, just at the edge of the light, you swear you can see clouds. You can see a few people milling about up ahead. A street runs along the western edge of town, as well. Obvious exits are North, South, and West.

>You are in the center of town. There are a lot of food stands here, selling a variety of deep-fried foods. About a third of them seemed closed. The snow on the ground is fairly slushed up from food traffic, but not as much as you would expect for a city this size. A lot of old holiday decorations are hanging about, no one seems to have bothered to take them down. A small handful of oni are milling about, carrying on with their daily lives. A broad throughfare intersects with the one you are on. Obvious exits are North, South, and East.

>This area can be most easily summed up as the liquor district. There are quite a few bars and breweries to be found, and a few oni here are in advanced states of inebriation; one pair of oni seem to be dancing an impromptu jig. The snow has quite a few places that are unpleasantly colored. A couple of the places seem to have a few brawls going. You can note that a few establishments are closed, and there are more holiday decorations no one has bothered with. A pub called "The Rose and Marmot" seems to be reasonably safe to visit. Up ahead, you see the wall of the cavern, with a long street running north and south along it. A couple of evil spirits flit about overhead. Obvious exits are West, NorthA, NorthB, and South.

>The Rose and Marmot has a light crowd, and is fairly quiet. The most violent thing going on is a game of domino on the center table. Though to be fair, it could get nasty if one of the oni grows irate. Over the bar, you notice a poster with the words, "Do not serve" and a picture of a dark-haired woman with a green bow in her hair. Nue sits behind the bar, her head propped up against her hand and looking rather bored. She perks up when she notices you enter.
>You greet Nue. "Hello!" she says. "Come on in, have a seat! Never had a rabbit here before."

That's a whole lot more than Reimu and Suika have for not just using it as an excuse to try to take out competition. If I thought like that, I would have done something to The Felt already."
