th_dnh Installing vpatch on Concealed the Conclusion error

Trying to get vpatch to work with Concealed the Conclusion/ th_dnh.  I know there's an extra step-- I think involving UPX.  Can anyone figure it out? I can't understand the readme, even when machine translated.

You need to uncompress th_dnh.exe with a program called UPX.
I already did that, so just replace the exe with the exe in the attachment.
