I would probably just kinda get used to them being there, I mean, I'm perfectly find with just about anyone, just as long as they don't purposely try to anger me, which does take a bit, other than the usual cases of insta-raeg

Well this was unfortunate. I second the notion that you should lead the community to the conclusion. Drop clues in the form of your dreams, how you respond emotionally to certain situations, etc., until the forum itself arrives at the reason. It's playing the long game, but has better chances of sticking.

I think the entire otherkin concept was created by people tired of being "lowly humans". You read about fantastic, magical creatures, relate to them emotionally, love them so hard ... and then look at your dull suburban bedroom. It's understandable to wish you were something other than you are. I kinda sympathize.
