They're JPEGs, the filename is irrelevant since the attachment code feeds the mime type directly.  Yes, next time resize yourself for best (and actually working) results.  The resize code is meant to prevent someone from inserting too big of an avatar, not to do the legwork for you.

I been ignoring it for a while now but whenever I take tiny bit too long to post a new topic or in thread, it goes to post topic instead with none of what I written . Am I the only one having this problem???

Browser issue, your cache is expiring and it's wiping out the form history.

Anyway to fix this?

Not really a bug, per se, but when searching for a certain letter in the memberlist, it sometimes goes to something else completely.

e.g. searching for N leads to usernames that start with L, S leads to W/X/Y, K will lead to M, etc.

Not actually a bug, and not really that important, but...
I have "Don't warn on new replies made while posting." unchecked.
When I press preview on my post, the new post warning shows up. That's alright.
When all is ready, I press post. But then, I am directed back to editing my post because, well, there's been a new post. (this happened to me again at this very post :V)
The new post warning seems a little redundant. Maybe there's a way to bypass or something the warning in posting the message when I press preview?

If in case it's not mentioned yet, the Calendar for the Birthdays. (though I think this one's system related or something than a bug)

The warning triggers when you hit post NOT when you hit preview.  So it doesn't know that you've already gotten that warning.  It's a dumb thing but it would break more things if I had it check on preview as well.

As for calendar, yeah it's a known bug.  PostgreSQL support isn't perfect unfortunately.  It's a low priority bug at the moment though.

It triggers on both. I use preview all the time to see if someone posted while i'm in the middle of writing up a post.

While i'm here, how do the wordfilters work exactly anyway? I only seem to see the filtered version in quotes most of the time, but based on what other people have been saying the behavior is different for some people over others.

To elaborate, you will get the warning on a preview, but only when you actually try to post will the system count it as a check.

Speaking of the "a new reply has been posted" warning: If you get it while previewing your post, each additional time you preview the post after it has appeared, a new copy of the reply the warning was about appears in the topic summary.

Yeah, that happens with me too sometimes. And it doesn't always go away when I view my post, either.

This sometimes happens to me after I have edited a post. I've never had issues with it not disappearing, though.

When I was typing in the post box today, and the post was long enough to require the box to scroll, the box glitched up. It snaps back to the top whenever the mouse cursor leaves the box, and only moves down when I am typing. Is this just me?

That's a "feature" of IE, one I've been dealing with for a while now whenever I've needed it to post on other forums. FireFox doesn't do that.

IE7/8 has a bug on how text boxes work.  There's a little line on the bottom of the box to expand it out or you can just hit the compatibility view button like Pesco said.

Or switch to a browser that doesn't suck vOv.  IE9 beta is out and works perfectly fine, and none of the other browsers have any issues.
