I see that giant...thing on the right associated with Eirin a lot, IIRC. I don't know what it is though D:

...and, someone drew it on the chalkboard in the locker room in my school, so now I'm even more curious.

IIRC, the origin is another Shift-JIS character named Tsumari. Apparently someone made it with Eirin's hat instead of cat ears one day and that's how Dr. Yagokoro was born.
