I can win stage 1 2 and 4 without dying a single time but at stage 3 i will surely without fail lose at least a life at this spell card. Tip plawks.

Same here, back when I used to play Normal.
Stay and the bottom and left/right it. Or bomb it :V

On Normal it's static.  Just follow the lanes.
On Hard it's the same pattern with a random extra ring of bullets.

Basically just memorize the pattern.  Also what the banana said.

Even on higher difficulties you can still pretty much left-right it.  You just have to be a bit careful about other bullets getting in the way.

...honestly, though, you can get through Extreme Color Typhoon and Patchy, but you die on this?  Maybe you should put up a replay; that just sounds odd.

And this reminds me heavily of myself. Joy. Left-Right the first set, then move right of the first bullet on the next. If you can remember when the pattern shifts, going above her is also a possibility, though unless you're using ReimuA I'd advise against it.
