Missing music in Touhou 12.3

[Prime 2.0]

I know what's supposed to go there. I saw that Suwako's stage theme filled that slot when I was using an all-unlock score.dat to rip spellcard images for the wiki.

But the question is, how do I unlock it? I've beaten all scenarios on normal and hard mode, and have gotten a sizable number of story mode spellcard captures, and player spellcard unlocks... but I don't want to keep throwing around effort towards a goal that it may or may not actually further.

So, anyone know how to unlock it?

Unlock Suwako, find her in Arcade Mode. I'm pretty sure, at least.

i think it is the speell card reimu does. forgot the name.

you have to use the spell card and hit enemy 7 times, before it works.

Unlock Suwako, find her in Arcade Mode. I'm pretty sure, at least.

This. Who you face in arcade more is based on luck, though, so you may have to do a couple of runs before getting it.
