SA Replay Glitch

I just noticed this, but in SA, every single replay glitches at the Utsuho battle Stage 6.  The stage itself looks perfect, with a perfect Blazing Wheel and everything, but once the replay gets to Utsuho, specifically the first non-spell card, the player character starts running into the completely straight lines of danmaku.  I've let the Stage go by without fast forwarding and stuff, but the glitch always happens.  Any help?

Try starting from Stage 5.

Same problem.  The guy does a perfect Stages 1-6 run, but Utsuho non spell gets him.  He also stops firing and just dodges the thing, and depending on the life count, gets to Nuclear Fusion before dying to whatever.

The end score count is fine when you look at the replay stats.

Replay desync has always been a problem in MoF Stage 4 and SA Stage 6. There's no real way to fix it, it just happens. Generally people quit and save replay instead of waiting for the ending, because that's considered to be the biggest factor.

Did you replay it from stage 5 without fast forward? It still desyncs when you turbo through s5.
