What happened to me?

Okay, so on Monday I got to Nue's last card and cleared Rainbow UFOs of Terror. I was pretty happy with this..

But overnight, I magically started SUCKING at Touhou. I'm running straight into bullets,
failed to move when a bullet it moving right towards me, and I am unable to get
past stage 5 UFO normal.

So what just suddenly made me start being bad at Touhou?

Off days happen, but two days in a row?  Make sure you're awake in good health and not bogged down by real life stressors.
