BulletForge is reopened

I decided to work on BulletForge again and started by reopening registrations. Further changes are also coming but there's going to be a discussion about it on a Discord server that I recently set up for BulletForge. You can find the invite link in a banner at the top of the site. Feel free to come in to talk about any new features you'd like to see or just to say hi.
