Didn't really rage but what is up with yuyuko's final spell? I come to her 2nd to last with 1 bomb and I could do it just fine, then I get hit out of nowhere (I honestly didn't see anything near me, it wasn't even dense at that moment), ah well I'll just use a continue. And then her last spell x.x is it an unwritten rule or something that I have to spend at least 3+ lives on this one? She's imune so you gotta survive it, but those red diagonal balls are so god damn annoying.

She throws streaming walls that force you into a corner, then throws more, and fairies are almost guaranteed to come up from that side if you get pushed there.  GOD DAMN IT ALREADY STOP KILLING ME THREE GODDAMN TIMES YOU PIECE OF CRAP

Also of note was one of Reisen's bullets killing me from OFF THE SCREEN ALREADY, that was fun.

She throws streaming walls that force you into a corner, then throws more, and fairies are almost guaranteed to come up from that side if you get pushed there.  GOD DAMN IT ALREADY STOP KILLING ME THREE GODDAMN TIMES YOU PIECE OF CRAP

Also of note was one of Reisen's bullets killing me from OFF THE SCREEN ALREADY, that was fun.

I always get pushed to the side and THEN I get hit.
Not to mention that she spams her Dragon spell all the time. Especially in round 1.
Also, damage is apparently determined by bullet speed - with Aya's lightspeedmaku, 1 hit early on and you lose like 5 halves. Sucks.

Aya can kill me three times in a row easily as well. One part of her boss attack is ARGH HOW ARE THOSE BULLETS SO FAST!!!! Not to mention that she frequently acts like Shiki for some reason and JUST WON'T DIE!!!! Same applies to any other boss from stages 6-9. <_< Though the stage 6 boss at least never manages to kill me more than once...

I'm 98% sure it's determined by spellpoints, considering hits I land immediately after getting hit myself always do an orb and a half.

I usually compensate by going up if I get boxed in.  It works sometimes... >_>

If I have Level 2 Spells handy, I would use them.  Fairy Spam strategy is win.

Also, you can always stop focusing, dash for the wall, then resume streaming in the opposite direction.

Game over.  89.7 million.  Also, I couldn't beat her with three lives in stock.

Came into Stage 4 (EOSD) with five lives. (Lost one to stupidity vs. Perfect Freeze, One to the FINAL PART OF CHINA, Right as she went down.) Felt plenty good.

Missed the bomb on Mid-boss. Got to Patchouli with 2 Lives.

I've gotten to Shikieki on Normal with three lives left several times. Invariably get slaughtered.

Why can't I get past Stage two without dying in any game? 

What's wrong with me? I've been like this for a week.

This is bad.

I don't have any strategy for staying alive on Shikieiki.  I can only hope to get to her with at least three lives, if not four, and hope she screws up faster than I do on the last life.

Also, lolAya knocked me from full health to last hit in ~4 seconds.  But I did beat Yuka again without dying!  Secret to Yuka is to go crazy aggressive; her low movement speed means she falls quickly.  At least, I think?

This is affected by the type of object you collided with and the intensity of the collision, whether it was a brush or a total collision.

Yeah, so if one of the "brometeors" or whatever you call it hits you straight in the face at full speed, you're most likely losing 3 orbs.

I did some MoF stage 6 grinding earlier today trying to time out Kanako's opener.  The only thing I managed was 2 deaths (and only once), and I am also now permanently crosseyed.  BoWaP wishes it could be a tenth as headache-inducing as that fucking pattern.

I've had my fair share of deaths as something is ending, but this...I died on Vajra the very INSTANT it ended. It wasn't a split second before, it was ON the very millisecond it ended. -_-

I just captured her midboss SC, first SC and last SC on Lunatic, where I never did on Hard... Only missed Azura Sword

On Lunatic the bullets move much faster but they open up paths that they don't on Hard...
