=O Woah. That's awesome. I've heard a lot of people have it done in Thailand. I'll probably hold off on anything like that for awhile, 'till better ways to do it are developed (gene/stem cell/etc. therapies).
Thailand has a long history of transvestite operations that really works, but you must be prepared to find the best of them. There are doctors in Thailand who specifically make you and turn you beyond what you formerly think you are, they are so good at it because they have been through it so many times they find it hard to count.
The thing is, there are also many of them who jumped on the bandwagon due to high profit involved, so be wary of which doctors to choose.
That said, I live near there, so I know in particular.
Some of these men, when the walk out 4 months later, you wouldn't know they were Andy then and now that they are Angela. They also have these courses where you go through a rigorous diet to and special exercise post operation care plan while you are there, which you can opt for to look like the best little girl you have ever dreamed to be.
