In fact, how can I set it in SWR, and can I set it in UNL?

I...don't really understand the question.  Are you asking how to change your deck?

If so, you can press C on the character select screen and it's the third option, or you can change it under the profile option on the title screen.  It's the same in UNL, except you can have four decks per character.
