If it's anything like Grimoire of Marisa (and all signs point to yes, it is), then it contains art of several danmaku spell cards.

Thus If ZUN is the artist (he probably isn't), it means we'd get to see how ZUN draws danmaku and spell cards. Which would be... interesting, to say the least.

Alas, that is likely not the case.
