>Much of it seems to be. At this split second, the couple of stores still open are more or less akin to the yogurt place you were just at, where there doesn't seem to be anyone around.

Going inside seems like a bad idea, someone will hear us running about and unlike Archer we're not fast enough to run from cops. However, we can't tell Archer anything without yelling at her, so we want to avoid giving Midnighter any ideas he doesn't already have.

>You continuing following, as he darts around the shopping center. Archer follows, not too terribly far behind. As you watch, he hops on top of a dumpster, vaults into the air, and grabs onto a fire escape ladder on the roof, using it to swing himself onto the roof itself. He lands with the the grace of a gymnast, as Archer moves to follow him, only to have to twice in midair  and land on the ground as he sends a dagger flying her way! Then he dashes further onto the roof, disappearing from view!

>You fling your phone at Archer. She turns just in time to catch it out of the air, even scooping it up from behind rather than grabbing it from the air. Good thing you showed her how to treat it before! She deftly pockets it and leads toward the fire escape, grabbing it this time and pulling herself up deftly.

I have a guess as to who this guy is, but it's obscure enough that I think it would be too meta to guess without Lily taking the time to google it.

>"Got it," says Archer. "And good, I need both my hands. Give me some extra eyes if you can."
>You open the browser, the call does not drop.
>You check the information on Midnighter.
>Midnighter: "A class that arises from the aspirations of the downtrodden. Midnighter specializes in guerilla tactics and impossible thefts, performing with panache and style. Whereas the basis of most classes lies in defeating powerful opponents and mythical foes, Midnighter's role lies in challenging the powers of society. Often romanticized, Midnighter's role bears the weight of the dreams and aspirations of good and cruel people alike, making it difficult to predict. As well, It is difficult to tell where the Servant ends and the world's influences begin. As a rule, Midnighter has no voice for itself, for its individuality is not nearly so important to this case as its feats and symbolism. Nor does it possess a Master in the traditional sense; it is not possible to summon a Servant of this class typically.
