Honestly, what they say about medicine is likely correct; if Eirin could not cure it, what could we do? (Not that we should necessarily give up on that, but.) The main thing to take away is that they said Keine's health was never the same after she got -crushed by a bookcase-, so hopefully we'll be able to stop that instead.
