Both the T98s are just old versions of T98-Next as far as I'm aware, especially considering one is for Windows NT systems. The other two are also notably older than the three more used ones you said at the start and even if you got them running I'd be surprised if they surpass Anex/Next/Neko.
It's not like there's much wrong with the current selection to start with. Next is more cpu intensive but has save states, Anex is less intensive but IIRC it wasn't as good for some reason or another (was it the sound quality...?), and I haven't personally used Neko Project but I've heard good things.
Granted, it's nice just to peek around and experiment with things, but most of this other selection seem like antiques. They may not be running because they don't even work on a modern OS.
