It is a regular occurrence but it's not permanent change.

Okay, so I seriously can't beat C9. How is this even supposed to work? All of my runs have been going like this:

Floor 1: Sweep OR get one of my leads bound, kill one Tama with a Sherias, then chip the other and stall up on TamadRa

Floor 2: Kill both with Sherias, either immediately or a few turns in if stalling works out

Floor 3: Stall as much as possible, kill when I have to

Floor 4: Kill with Kanna, sometimes also requires a Sherias

Floor 5: Take most of the way down first turn, finish off second turn

Floor 6: Use Sherias and kill

Floor 7: I'll have always used either both Sherias or Sakuya by this point, so I need to use either both gravities or Sherias plus Nordis to get below HP thresshold. Need to stall 2-3 turns to get the other Sherias back up or get a good board, invariably run out of hearts while stalling and die

I've attempted this probably ten times at this point. I've gotten to Kali like seven or eight of those times and have died on her every single time because I'm just out of resources by then. Am I using something I don't need to at some point? This seems like such RNG horseshit of just whether you always get perfect boards or not, and I have yet to always get perfect boards. What am I doing wrong?

First floor, pray a Sherias isn't bound, them kill them skilllessly. Next floor either pop both Sherias ir one and stall the second one down. Use z&H to stall back up if you can and that's as far asI have clear strategy for. Havent poked it enough yet

Honestly? Kind of. I sort of feel like this is just RNG at this point so unless someone can point me to a specific thing I'm doing wrong I'm kind of tired of this.

Have you been using Susano? He can facilite stalling in many situations. You can aim to wait until the one roots you used to kill the first predra is back up if hearts permit, for example. Or to wait after dealing with the first turn of Kali (It's possible that you can get away with that without needing a roots active, only with kanna).

I don't want half of the stuff in there at all. Not interested in Odins, Metas, Sonias (-Blonia) Norns (-Skuld), Dragonbounds (-Ryune), Kalis, Sitri or Australis. And if it costs two rolls worth of stones, that doesn't sound like a nice gamble. I'll just save for Heroine REM.

Also, how does Khepri's leader skill look? It sounds like it could be really good, but it also sounds like it'll die quickly in any dungeon with jammers.

I have two as well and I kept them, seems like black prongs could use two hard-hitting orbchangers. As for specific teams? No idea.
