>How far is the dagger?
>It's slightly closer than Renko, but drifting in the opposite direction.

>"Sariel ! What are these red orbs ?"
>Sariel either doesn't hear you or chooses not to respond.
>Her body begins flickering as her glow intensifies.

>Keep going after Renko.
>You fly closer to Renko. The approaching projectile is definitely going to hit her before you arrive.

>If we were faster, I'd probably reccomend flying to the dagger and throwing it towards Uriel before going after Renko, since Sariel appears to be helping her already.
>Hmm, let's try that then.
>Also focus all of our energy into thrusting ourselves at the dagger.
>You focus your energy, and change directions so you are flying at the dagger.
>You manage to go faster than you were before through sheer willpower.

>Oh yea, we should be trying to wake Sumireko too...
>Check Sumireko's vital signs. "Hey, wake up !"
>Sumireko is breathing, and she has a pulse, but she does not respond to your voice.

>"RENKO, DUCK!"
>"Look out Renko!"
>Renko winces as she looks behind her, and rolls in the void. The shot barely misses her.

>Continue after the dagger and grab it if we're close enough.
>You continue to pursue the dagger, when you're close enough, you extend your arm and manage to grasp it by the handle.

>Can we see Sariel's face ?
>Sariel's eyes are closed, and she is otherwise expressionless.

>"Sumireko ! Wake up ! Renko needs you !"
>Sumireko does not respond.

>Reflect on how cliche this scene is
>This is cliche. So very cliche. So cliche that some players consider it an abomination.

>Sariel seems to flicker out of existence for a second, leaving behind a ball of light where she once was, which quickly erupts into a giant, shimmering, violet silhouette of the archangel, which begins to fire an immense amount of projectiles at Uriel, who returns fire.

>The orbs continue to close in, however, it doesn't seem like they're homing in on you anymore. They're seemingly locked into moving in one direction now. It's also clear that they're accelerating, but neither you nor Renko need to dodge them yet, however.

>Let Sumireko go so that she floats, and throw the dagger as well as we can towards Uriel. Trying this since Renko seems to be in no condition to attack, if anything.

>I still propose we throw the dagger at the middlemost orb since
A: They're preoccupied with each other.
B: We'll be destroyed if we try to get closer to them and get hit.
C: The orbs might get to us if we take too long trying to get to Uriel.
D: Our danmaku is horribly ineffective and Sariel said that the dagger is supposed to do great against archangels.

>We could circle around to try and get close and stab Uriel while attempting to have all 3 of us dodging Sariel's attacks AND the orbs (Sumireko's incapable of dodging herself and Renko's injured too).
>Or we throw the dagger and hope.
>OR or, we try to wake Sumireko and see if she can do anything if she's awoken quickly enough.

>Yes. We'll probably need to gamble on throwing the dagger, but let's -definitely- try to get closer before doing it. It'll be baaaad news if we whiff it.
>"Renko, I have to try to hit it... sorry, but try to keep Sumireko safe! Just get away if you can!"
>We've got to kill Uriel or all of the stuff he's firing is gonna do a number on Sumireko and Renko soon! Fly as fast as we can manage without actually recklessly being unable to dodge danmaku! It's all on us now!

I extremely doubt Sumireko will be able to wake up within the next few minutes after what we just saved her from.

>You leave Sumireko with Renko and begin flying towards the archangels as fast as you can, dodging any danmaku that flies your way.
