I have an aversion to summarizing my dreams, so it'll be a wall'o'text somewhat.
Welp, I just had a questionably Touhou dream. First off, normally my dreams change settings and characters mid -dream with no warning whatsoever, and it doesn't seem unusual during the dream (though many wtfs occur after I wake up). This time, I had one long (for me anyway) dream sticking to one topic, which is extremely rare. My dreams sound so childish though, ugh.
Anyway, I dreamed I was basically superman. Without the costume, heat ray vision, or name. But I could fly, had super strength and speed, and couldn't be hurt. ANYWAY, my dream started out (or at least as far as I can remember) with me about to embark on some long-lasting mission or something with about 4 other friends/comrades of mine (why I'd need them as a virtual superman, I have no idea). As far as I recall, they were no superheroes or whatever. Unfortunately, the group lacked a certain someone whom I felt the most capable and comfortable with. Someone I had fallen in love with (in the dream) *drumrolls* Sakuya. (IRL I like Sakuya compared to most Touhou characters, but she's probably not in my list of top 10, though she's probably close to it...The dream made me bump her up a couple spots though I think, hard to say).
In my dream however, Sakuya wasn't really like Sakuya, she wasn't a maid, she lived with her parents instead of Remilia (who doesn't exist), and as far as I recall, she had no abilities to stop time (or any other fancy abilities). She was however a ridiculously capable spy/assasin or something to that effect (better than what you'd see in an action movie or whatever). How that makes her Sakuya? I have no idea, in my dream though I was kinda half-aware I was dreaming and I was like "Sweet! It's Sakuya!" when she got introduced to the plot
Anyway, I spoke to my comrades and said "Well....We're off, though I really wish Sakuya was here". At which point they replied "Well, why not ask her to come along?" (We were several countries away from where Sakuya lived at the time), I said "she's kinda far, I don't want to bother her or waste your guys' time", and they said "It's ok, you'll be fast", so I was like "really?!?! *blushes profusely* Ok I'm off".
So anyway, I fly off to ask Sakuya to come along, as I get near her, I become aware that she's in peril (oh boy pretty cliche eh? Ha ha, old chap!). She is in some kind of parking lot, tied to the bottom of the interior of some kind of car, aprehended by 2 thugs who work for my dream's version of that rich evil guy in Superman stories, I forget his name. He wasn't the same guy in my dream, just a similar kind of villain, less similar than I was to Superman really.
Anyway, Naturally, I free Sakuya, without sayin ga word to her, and then proceed to kick one of the Thug's ass. Afterwards, the other one starts talking to me. Being the "good is stupid" stereotypical hero I was, I participated in communication, He said something about not hurting Sakuya, it was all the other guy's fault, just ask her, blah blah. So when we goto ask Sakuya, she's already gone (being a sneaky spy and all that), while looking around, I see a card drive off (it's a parking lot, while it wasn't really populated at the time, the occasional car driving past wasn't THAT odd in the dream), and see that the driver is Sakuya's father, at which point I'm satisfied to know that she's safe.
Anyway, I don't remember how it came about, but mr good-thug persuaded me to spare him, and accompany him to his boss' home, where they were hosting a party. He wanted me to be an honored guest of some kind for sparing him. Stupidly, I comply. Getting to the home involved going thru a busy mall, which occasionally had these weird orange flashes of light at certain checkpoints. At one point, mr thug had to take the elevator up, where I simply flew up after him (the ceiling was open at that particular part of the mall), He seemed surprised that I was able to do that.
Upon arriving, Mr big bad isn't there, but I'm told I can introduce myself to his wife instead, at which point she's like "yeah whatever hi" and pretty much ignores me. To be polite, I'm forced to watch a movie with all the guests. As time progresses, I realize that 3 of the big boss' thugs were really too close to me the whole time. I was understanding their reluctance to let me in the house, but the level of personal space was really being violated. So I ask if I could use the washroom. Where they say yes, but I'm escorted, and actually watched as I'm even sitting on the toilet. I'm like "do you mind?!", but apparently they did, and would refuse to go away. Suddenly I realize my super powers are gone, oh noes. The toilet however was on a balcony (wtf? Ha ha, old chap!), so I was considering running and jumping towards the nearest building (not really a great situation, it wasn't very close, I'd free-fall several stories before I'd reach it, and would probably heavily injure myself, but I was hoping I'd regain my powers somehow before they could follow me and do whatever).
Just before I am about to get off the toilet and make my leap of faith, I lament to myself "If I was Sakuya, I'd get out of this somehow...I never told Sakuya I loved her..." thinking I was most likely going to die.
Then I woke up.
