ZUN's danmaku academy.

Anyways, I just woke up from an epic dream, but only part of it was touhou - the part after I realized i was dreaming and commenced lucid dreaming, after which I had a chinese dinner with a few touhou/anime characters.

Marisa ate all the eggrolls.

This happened to me today, playing against Yukari in a PC-98 game. Right after Yukari used a spellcard I woke up.

Well I had a Touhou Dream before with Touhou being a Disney-series, but now I had another one where I was watching a western cartoon style Touhou, with some characters as babies, and Marisa x Alice pairing being canon. I guess it's the fault of that thread, huh.

A part of my last dream contained touhou.
Actually more like "Touhou Puppet Play" (a.k.a. Touhoumon) but still...

I got an dark Egg and just like a minute or so later it hatched, and out came "DARK Letty".
Letty Whiterock like in the normal Touhou series, but with draker clothing and big black wings and it had the type Dark/Ice, and just btw... it was level 70 or so.

and from time to time there was a Remix of a Touhou song playing in the background through out my dream, if i remmember right.

Wasn?t there already a cartoon about babies?

I had one last night.  Not the first, and probably won't be the last.
When I have Touhou dreams they're never sexual or anything, I just have a wonderful feeling about getting to know these interesting people.

It was kind of fuzzy, but lucid at times.  I think I had traveled to japan (somehow walked) and when I was there I stopped by what appeared to be the Scarlet Manor.  I'm still not too familiar with the names of the characters, so the next bit really freaked me out when I woke up.

I saw a white-haired girl that seemed to blend in with her surroundings.  She just stood there, unnoticed by passers-by.  I walked up to her and tried to communicate, using what little Japanese I knew.  She didn't understand me, as I haven't practiced a lot.  I then realized that this was a dream, since I was in Japan, and took control of it.  I thought carefully and structured sentences that were poorly-worded but correct, and she seemed to understand.  I introduced myself ("Asa to moushimasu") and she introduced herself as Youmu.  I didn't think anything of it at the time, and continued to say what I could, and we talked for quite a while.  I didn't understand most of what she said, but I got bits and pieces.  I find that strange though, because I figure only things I know should be incorporated into my dreams.

This morning I looked up "Youmu" and found, whaddya know, that same white-haired girl from the dream.  I don't remember what she said to me in Japanese besides a few phrases.  Does anybody here know Japanese?  I only know a little but when I asked her why she was outside, she said "watashi wa ha-na-no-so-to-ni-san-sui-sa-re-ta" (I only know the sounds, not how it's broken into words.  I can only assume the "watashi wa").

So I don't remember my dreams much, but when I do, they're really involved and I wake up kind of depressed that I'll never have the chance to meet any of these people.  Thanks in advance for the help, if anybody can tell me what that one phrase means.

(Oh, and first post!)

Edit:  One of my friends told me it means "I was watering the flowers."  Thanks anyway though.

Just you wait, next dream... Phantasm menace!

Also nintendonut I think we'd get along in that respect, my dreams never make any sense lol.

First im at a party, and its like some american teen movie, me and someone else have decided to get revenge on someone for a part of the dream i've forgotten by opening beer bottles and filling them with soapy water. Dunno how that works. but apparently it does.

Next thing I know, I'm at a dock teaching my mum how to ride a motorbike. Very odd. Far as I know dont think shes ever touched one. Also she fell over  :V

And then this dock suddenly gets ram raided by that guy from the parties crazed uncle or something in an enourmous RV, and so I'm hiding out in this unit there and the Fire/Police/Ambulance super service (all three together who are also swat it seems) and im on top of the thingymabob engine (its the vechile of all services combined) and the nuts uncle shoots at them but they shoot him down and all is good, right?

wrong. Turns out for some unknown reason there was an undead baby in there at some point and now they're all infected zombies. And for some reason I have some relationship with this character but what I dont know, I just felt they were someone I was very close to? and then when the zombie servicemen are getting up the babys got fingers and a thumb growing out of its head, and whited over eyes. and then the lower half of its body practically explodes into tentacles of guts that form into a fully grown human female body, and the rest of what was the baby is now some multiple tentacle arm.

and then im engaging in some fight over the water and through it wrestling with this woman to the theme of "Septette for the Dead Princess" she'd sort of half grabbed wrapped me with her arm like I was absorbed or something, and slammed me into the water,... then I woke up. Shit.

God damn that was an epic way to get into vaguely touhou related dreams.

I've stopped having touhou dreams. Series-reference dreams in general, in fact.

Although the people in them are anime styled with slight allusions to touhou and whatnot, making my dreams full of original content. I guess the addiction left my mind. Either that or I was joke-banned by yukari

I've had the oddest dreams with it.

There was one where a group of a few others my age and I somehow were transported there in some type of ancient ruin in Gensokyo, and we grabbed some type of odd crystal. It unleashed a giant blob of darkness that began to chase us. We ran through until we opened a door that brought us into the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Apparently said door was hidden and sealed in the mansion, thus none of those who lived in there knew it existed. We ran through a few hallways until we pushed open a large double door that led into the entrance room which had a set of stairs and an overlooking balcony. Remilia and Sakuya happened to be passing by on the second floor and saw us.

We tried to get through the entrance, but for whatever reason it happened to be locked. One of the others immediately pulled out a pick and began fiddling with the doorknob, telling us to distract the blob while he opened the door. I happened to have a revolver and started to fire it at the blob, which repelled it a bit. But despite the shots, it still continued to advance forward, forcing me to circle around the room a few times while it alternated between chasing me and another person.

Eventually he opened the door and yelled at us to hurry over and run outside. We did so and Remilia and Sakuya followed shortly behind to watch the events. Our group ran outside to find out it was late at night the gate was closed. I stopped running to try to figure out what to do then, but then the black blob threw me into a wall. I looked up and saw the others trying to evade it. It then saw me stunned on the ground and began to head straight for me at an accelerated pace.

I tried to get up, but I couldn't. It was getting bigger and bigger until suddenly, the light of the sunrise came and beamed onto the blob. The blob began to shrink and slowly dissipate. It eventually disappeared. I sighed with relief when the others ran over to where I was to see if I was okay. We heard a shout and looked over to see Remilia with a parasol, Sakuya, and Meiling heading toward us. Remilia began to ask us something in Japanese... and none of us could understand what she was saying.

And... then it stopped there. Quite the odd dream... and no, the blob wasn't Rumia. Much much too large for it to be her.

Last night, I dreamt that I was at work, but instead of the usual subject matter I deal with IRL, I was editing a newsletter that was all about Touhou. I remember looking at a sidebar that dealt with how to beat a couple of stages in Double Spoiler, complete with danmaku screenshots, and I think there was also an article about Marisa and her use of magic. There were a ton of typos and sloppy writing, but that's no different from my actual job. :V

Well I once had a dream whice had some Touhou in it (but It was fucked up anyways).

So yeah... there was a TV show, I don?t think the title was ever mentioned, I only saw a small pic of some Touhou Characters with stirpes in the background.

And also Mokou and Kaguya arguing, but actually sitting down NEXT TO EACH OTHER (while Kaguya was eating some kind of long shrimp-ish thing from a bowl) . I lol?d in my mind when Mokou said something like "You don?t have to worry about not being able to find any food in this forest, Because I have eaten everything already". And surprisingly the were right outside my house, and I was there too.

Surprisingly the dream was SO intense that I didn?t hear my alarm going off, My mom had to wake me up and tell me that I overslept again.

I had a vaguely touhou related dream.

I woke up in a room. Pretty self explanatory. Four walls, all painted a pinkish violet. On the wall is a map. It has names of locations (inhabitants of rooms?) written over various areas in what appears to be an outdated variant of kana. The entire building is shaped like an octogon. I leave the room, go through some twisty turny halls, into an octogonal main hall. Renko and maribell are playing an Xbox 360 and hatate is watching american idol. Things get really bizarre when I go down the main hall's main hall (an actual hallway) and find it filled with statue after statue of ritsu from K-On. Uiharu, being the best thing in the world, suddenly appears at this point. Chatting and hand holding and whatnot commence. Now, this hallway is long. It wasn't even on the map. The building should have ended ages ago.....and the statues have transitioned to lelouch, with a pikachu every 3 lelouches. Uiharu has magically vanished leaving a sullen looking satori tagging along. Weird. She eventually drifts off...somewhere....and uiharu is back. And then I come to a huge door, shaped like an octogon, and exit through it. Uiharu doesn't come through. I find myself in a huge, black, empty space with a mechanical humming filling the air, along with a high pitched screeching. It all sounds very modulated, and not so much like it's coming from somewhere as it is coming from my head. I look down and I can see the floor now, and the room is totally lit. I'm wearing an ornate blue and pink suit - satori's color scheme. I look up and satori is standing there, head tilted, looking very depressed. It's starting to freak me out. I want to relieve my own tension, so I gap uiharu, who's kind of shocked about being gapped. Satori glares at her, depressed looking still. And then satori starts turning monochrome except for her third eye and crumbles, leaving behind her accesories (eye, heart things, headband). Uiharu is shocked, and somewhat saddened. I run all the way back through the hall, through the now empty main hall-room and to the room from whence I came, only to find the same satori room. I scream. I wake up.

After ages from the last touhou dream, this is...rather unwelcome.

If you take the dream to mean anything, the main part of satori-love crumbled to dust, leaving behind only trinkets. This also impedes Uiharu fanboyism, but only slightly, and in a temporary way. The 8 sidedness all over, I have no idea.

Well, the fact you kept seeing the room, coupled with the fact she didn't fade completely, is what is making me say you love her. Sure, she's mostly gone now, but deep down, there's still a part of you that loves her.

I had one this Saturday's night.  I'm usually not good at remembering dreams, but from I can remember...

My younger brother and I were watching a Chinese dubbed Touhou anime on TV.  Kaguya was walking with someone who I cannot remember out in a snowy place that may be either the South Pole or the North Pole.  Anyway, she was lamenting about her tragic past three years ago where someone forced her into a pipe that led under the sea.  She got stuck in the pipe and it took her something along the line of three years to squeeze her way out of the pipe, only to end up in her current location.  The scene then shows several other Gensokyo girls in the same place, looking for her or something like that.

The commercial break came after that and then I used this opportunity to explain to my younger brother about the Touhou series because this is the first time he saw the anime.  The show came back again and this time the girls are inside a Japanese-style building, engaged in a violent battle against enemies who cannot remember.  I do remember Tenshi being hit or impaled from behind, and she doesn't look too happy either.   Marisa was gravely injured and then gave Reimu her Hakkero, telling the shrine maiden to fight for her.

After Reimu left, there was the scene of a miniature shrine which is supposedly a container for sealing away evil things, and Sunny Milk, Luna Child, and Star Sapphire are sealed inside this mini shrine...  There was also a mechanical replica of the miniature shrine and their voices were somehow being broadcasted from that mechanical mini shrine, saying that they are trying to find a way to escape.

I can't remember anything after that, or maybe I woke up right after that.  Anyway, another thing that I remember is that whenever I dream about watching TV, I tend to end up being inside the TV show myself, but nobody seems to notice me.  It's more like everything around me is virtual reality.  The same thing happens in the dream during the miniature shrine part.

Yeah, it's a very strange dream, isn't it?  My dreams tend to be very crazy and make no sense...

Dreamt I was playing UFO extra but it was different: Kogasa was nowhere in sight, and when I got to Nue's first card, it was Hanako-San (DS 12-6) but with the reduced visual field that Mystia uses in her cards.

Needless to say, I got smashed.

Last night I dreamt that I was taking part in a recurring writing workshop and was looking through my previous submissions, in which the professor had written comments. I don't remember what they said, but they were very terse, and I was convinced that the professor was pretending to be Keine when she wrote them. (Obviously this is symptomatic of reading the Library subforum/viewing Ruro's awesome Keine avatar right before going to bed.) Hm. I wonder what Keine would actually think of my writing.

A few days ago, I had a dream about a 3D Touhou series broadcasted on TV.  I can't really remember much asides from Reimu, Marisa, Yukari, and another character who I cannot remember doing random stuff.

There was one particular funny part of the TV show where Yuyuko tried to scare Mystia using chopped bird/chicken flesh while the latter was doing food-related busines (I don't really think she was dealing with lampreys at that time), and for whatever reason, Yuyuko looks... unique in the dream.  All I can say is that she doesn't look like someone you'll be attracted to any time, so there won't be any "no death by moe".  Her constant food consumptions must've gotten her somewhat as well.  Mystia also wore a false bird beak around her neck for whatever reason.

Last night, I had one of the more vivid dreams I could remember. Only one part of it was Touhou-related though, and didn't serve much in what else was going on.

I enter an already crowded bowling alley with a group of people, and we're all looking for someone (a regular person here). While scanning the lanes, I see Aya out of the left corner of my eye, walking toward the right side of the building (you know, the stretch along which people normally walk to get to their lanes). I was obviously surprised, and I think I tried to call out to her, but I didn't get her attention. She didn't show up again for the rest of the dream.

Funny something like this should happen, I was consciously hoping for another Touhou-related dream before going to sleep that night. It's a step in the right direction, if anything.
