>Go outside, make a quick scan over the area.

>You follow Reimu outside.
>"H-Hey! Wait up!" Kosuzu exclaims.

>Once outside, quickly look around. Several passersby seem to be focused on a nearby alleyway. You notice Reimu enter it.
>"WHAT HAPPENED!?!" you hear her yell.

>"Renko, where are you?!?"

>As you approach the alley, you call out to Renko.
>"I-I'm right here, Merry!" you hear her answer from within the alley.

>Don`t get shot on the hitbox.

>You cautiously run into the alleyway, wary of potential shooters.

>You see Renko standing to the side of the alley. On the ground, lying in a pool of blood, is the brown-haired woman from earlier, except she looks different. The leaf-shaped hair clip is not a large leaf sitting on her head, and there is now a large, brown, bushy tail coming out of her back. Her outfit is different as well. She is bleeding profusely from three gunshot wounds on her chest. Reimu is kneeling next to her, checking her pulse.

>"I asked you a question!" says Reimu harshly.
>"I-I don't know what happened!" Renko exclaims, "S-Someone ran down the street and fired a gun down the alley. S-She pushed me out of the way..."
>"MAMIZOU!!!" You hear Kosuzu cry out as she runs past you, "N-no! She can't be...."
>"She's still alive, but I don't know for how long..." Reimu remarks, "Kosuzu, I need you to go find Reisen. She knows how to handle situations like this."
>Kosuzu just stands there, staring at her friend.
>"Kosuzu! If you want Mamizou to live, find Reisen! NOW!!"
>"Y-Yes! Right away!"
>Kosuzu sprints out of the alley.

>"You two, stay put. Help Reisen and Kosuzu when they come back if you can." Reimu commands, "I'll meet up with you later. For now, I'm going to find whoever did this..."
>Reimu takes to the air, leaving you and Renko alone in the alleyway.

>Keep your breath and try to make a bandage with some cloth or press the wounds of Mamizou, we must keep her stable until a medic arrives.
>Request Renko to attemp the same thing, two pair of hands and brains are better than one.
Can`t analyze wounds to know what caliber the gun fires... T-T
>"We must buy any sliver of time we can, let`s hold on to our hopes!"

>"O-Okay..." she replies as she kneels down on the other side of Mamizou and places her hands over the wounds.

>Despite your efforts, you've only managed to restrict the blood flow by a small amount.

>"We must buy any sliver of time we can, let`s hold on to our hopes!"

>"R-Right...!"

>"And... did you get a look at whoever did this?!"

>"Oh... n-no I didn't... sorry... It all happened so fast..."

>Mamizou briefly opens her eyes, fixing them on you, then she weakly shifts her gaze to Renko, and after a few seconds, opens her mouth as if to speak, before passing out again.

>After keeping pressure on the wounds for what feels like an eternity, you finally begin to here Kosuzu's voice.
>"She's over here! This way!" you hear her exclaim.

>"T-Thank goodness they're here. I hope she'll be okay..."

>Look over while still applying pressure, see who is coming along with Kosuzu.

>Kosuzu is sprinting down the alleyway. behind her are two girls, however, what's interesting about them is that they both have rabbit ears. On of them is taller than the other, and has thinner ears. The shorter one is carrying a stretcher.

>"Well, at least someone's putting pressure on the wound." says the taller rabbit girl as they get closer, "You two can get up now, Tewi and I will take over from here."

>Get up.

>What to do now? I want to go find Reimu to help her look around and ask if there are any clues, but i`m worried sick about Mamizou.... Ugh! Error 385: Maribel stopped working due to extreme conflict among two programs, please await while the system reboots.
>"So will she be fine? I hope we helped with that, if only a tiny bit."

>"Well, considering the nature of her injuries, and the fact that she's youkai, rather than human, if we can get her back to Eientei fast enough, then there's a good chance that she'll survive." replies the tall rabbit as she injects whatever was in the syringe into Mamizou, "Alright, that should stabilize her. Now to reduce the blood flow in the wounds." the rabbit takes out a roll of bandages and begins to wrap them around Mamizou's chest.
>"W-Well, that's a relief..." Kosuzu remarks.

>The rabbit finishes applying the bandages, "Alright, that will do for now. Tewi, help me get her on the stretcher."

>Reisen and Tewi begin to move the stretcher out of the alleyway.

>"Well, you can follow us on foot, can't you?" Tewi asks.
>"Yeah, but you'll just outrun me..."
>"So what, you can still get to Eientei. It actually might be good for you to not be there in the first few minutes anyway. It will probably be to chaotic."
>"Well... I don't really know how to get to Eientei... I know it's somewhere in the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, though..."
>"Well then, just stay on the path and you'll be there in no time." says Reisen, "Anyway, we can't waste any more time. Tewi and I have to go." Reisen looks at you and Renko, "You two are welcome to visit Eientei as well, if you wish."

>The two rabbits carefully take to the skies with the stretcher and begin flying away.
>Kosuzu begins to follow them on foot.

>You continue following the path, you eventually come across the same trio of fairies from earlier. The two fairies that were running the stand are busily filling in the hole in the road, while their companion seems to be at the stand, lounging about, and sipping a drink of some kind from a cup while her friends work.

As for the coexistance part, there's some sort of balance in place so that both humans and youkai can live here. Of course, the spellcard laws have helped a lot with that in recent years too..."
