Oof, still haven't gotten over the shock of going from a 7x6 board back to a normal board. There's so few orbs now...

Aegir didn't hold up well to Ra, turns out. That felt kind of dirty. Almost wish they had put some anti-rainbow stuff in there to prevent steamrolling, but fucking Leviathan so I guess maybe not.

Agreed. Decided to run it with A.Kirin, 0-stoned first try both difficulties  :V

Particularly "amusing" the mythical one, when i got TWO boards back-to-back that i couldn't activate Sakuya......... against Leviathan

*see board with 1 water orb*
*grumble, clear 3/4 of the board*
"....are you SERIOUSLY telling me i skyfell ONE water orb in a 7x6?! Fine jackass, let see if you like this....."
*Lkali active to oneshot Leviathan*
*Valk AND Verche actives ---> ridiculous amount of light orbs*
Get a 13-combo with 4 light 2-prong...... Aegir mythical oneshot with leaders alone  ::)

EDIT: what the &%$? must i do to drop ONE &%&%$ Dark Xuanzang?!?!?!  :X Light=drop, light=drop, DARK! lolnope no drop, light=drop......

Much thanks Matsy for your Norse Goddesses' help in wrecking Aegir.  Hermes enjoyed their company, though Freyr almost ended me. Had JUST enough HP to eat Volcanic Blade and then I basically laughed all the way through the boss.  Quite the party indeed!

Is it just me or is Awoken I&I's art an overt Black Rock Shooter reference?

I'll have to experiment with them to decide if they're worth pairing with Gabriel ever. They... Might be I guess? Since it looks like dual Gabriels is never going to happen I might have to settle.
I made a PADHerder. It's probably out of date though.

tanked Goemon's bullshit opener THAT'S RIGHT FUCK YOU
slowly chipped him down to about 45%
Skuld + BOdin + I&I Actives
a couple normal combos, a water TPA, and a water row

millions of damage

Just like i have some reasons right now to hate whoever thought challenge mode for endgame technicals was fun...... i had around 110 stam and 5k exp to level up, so i decided to try Kouryu challenge mode but OF COURSE the game had to be a fucking bastard and leave me without heart orbs even after 2 Ronia's actives.....

that's a scary team, ccool

which is ironic, because Gabriel isn't very scary looking

Question. Can Kenshiro's Chibidra, you know. Stop. Stealing. Goetia skillups?

I got fucking Wee Jas skillmaxed but he's the last person I want to use right now...

What's more scary is that ccool is pulling ~20k+ HP (without friend lead) with a mostly Healer team. :P

Running double gabe/GabexRyune should get you almost 100,000 HP, right?

20455 + Friend Gabe's 2538 HP + 990 from plus eggs x4 from LSs = 95932HP.

Plus a whopping 21012RCV.

And the burst potential of rows + Beyzul.

No wonder CCool can do so much with this team, holy shit.

Oh right and I finally caught up on my Technical Dungeons and beat Paradise of the Holy Beasts. With horus actually!

I would've died if Haku had done anything besides her gravity at one point... But she didn't so I'm k :V

95,932 with double Gabriels, 99,452 with Ryune. And even MORE (slightly) once I get the last HP latent I need for Beyzul.

Speaking of which, I need a shitload of Ryune friends. My inability to pay attention to the Dragonbound because of how generic they look means that I didn't even know what she was before now, but she would make a great friend. Not as good as dual Gabriel probably, but better than the U/W I&I that I had been using and will probably never see another one of ever again.

The main weakness before was binds, but Snow White takes care of that very effectively. Well, and the fact that it can't really handle situations where I have to burst two floors in a row, but with that much HP I can actually tank some GTFO attacks. And in certain situations I might actually be able to take down two bulky bosses in a row, since a Gabriel or Ryune friend can set me up for another, smaller burst even if Valkyrie is on cooldown.

They're well-drawn, I guess I'm just tired of dragon waifus. Between that series and whatever series Sumire is from there are just soooo many of them that I can't wrap my head around which is which.

It's also surprising how this team's existence ran on Ruka for the longest time, now replaced by yet another silver egg.

Since the team is slowly losing the number of healers that it has, would you consider Awoken Orochi in place of Sun Quan? Another skill boost, losing a row. Surprisingly similar cooldowns on their active skills, though obviously anything that you use their actives on is going to die a slow death.

It would indeed push you over the 100,000 HP mark even when using double Gabes. xD

I also agree that a lot of GFE were introduced with very little time in between. It's hard to get my bearings on what their names are, and the nuances of all their skills.

I haven't considered Orochi, so I'll have to look into it. I'm a huge fan of Sun Quan's active, but it's worth looking at.

As an avid user of both(though admittedly never using SQ's for the boost due to my relatively small stable of water healers), I can tell you for certain that there are some times one is good and other times that the other is better.  SQ's better for when you need more damage and/or a faster active(since even Awoken Orochi maxes at 15 turns which is 2 turns slower than SQ at max), while Orochi/Awoken Orochi has the distinct bulk advantage, which is exaggerated to an incredible degree in your case due to your hilariously over the top HP multiplier.

I suppose there's something else to consider, that once Sun Quan's delay is over (should you use both free turns), he will end up with a remaining cd of 11.
If you take your time and milk all of Awoken Orochi's delay turns, Orochi will also end up at 11 turns remaining, while the rest of the team will have 2 extra turns of charge under their belts. Orochi's extra skill boost also means you'll only wait one extra turn for his delay over Sun Quan.

Of course, Sun Quan has more ATK and RCV, an offensive boost on his active, and a second row. But there is value of having at least one triple (quaddonger in this case) for overwhelming defenses, or just for orb efficiency.

If you have options, take a look at both. It's not like you're hoping to roll Andromeda anymore, amirite?

That could be valuable in those multiple consecutive burst situations because it gives me some more flexibility with Reine, but most of those that are actually a problem for me right now involve things that are immune to delay. Might be handy for getting Beyzul ready to immediately switch back as well, but again there are very few scenarios in the game right now where that matters.

Of course, Sun Quan has more ATK and RCV, an offensive boost on his active, and a second row. But there is value of having at least one triple (quaddonger in this case) for overwhelming defenses, or just for orb efficiency.

I can't see every actually needing the quad prong for anything. I use Blodin friend leads sometimes and it just doesn't matter that much. There are virtually no enemies in the game right now that have high defense that I absolutely need to crack and don't need to use rows for instead. It's nice for chipping down random floors slightly faster and saving some time, but I don't think it's ever going to be a big deal, while the massive attack reduction is going to matter. Maybe I've underestimating quad prongs though, I've (obviously) never played with them before.

If you have options, take a look at both. It's not like you're hoping to roll Andromeda anymore, amirite?

Yeah, I do have an Orochi just laying around. Don't really want to have to hypermax another thing right away, but if I'm using Orochi for niche stuff he probably doesn't need to be hyper. And I would love an excuse to throw away some blue orbs and Bubpiis, since right now they're just clogging my box. I almost never pull blue stuff despite the fact that I main blue so I never have a place to put them.
I made a PADHerder. It's probably out of date though.
