> Nothing for it, then. Dash on off to the Palace where the redhead youkai lives.

>All you can do is sprint, and that you do most effectively. IN a way, it's fortunate that the streets are less crowded than usual, it allows you all the more freedom to run. You dash back to the market, then northward and then eastward through a rather shabby-looking area. The Palace looms increasingly close; a thing of blocky walls and flat ceilings, covered with some kind of creeping ivy. The front doors loom ahead.

>You've vaguely heard that Utsuho is from around here, and some of the conversation this morning cemented that. From this, you assume she has something to do with the kasha you've heard about.

> Step inside as quickly as we can without looking like we're trying to get inside as quickly as we can.

>You do your best to hurry inside without trying to hurry inside.  You enter into a long, empty hall of stone, dominated by two rows of stone columns. While it is not precisely filthy, your eye is quickly able to find an alarming amount of dust scattered in spots here and there. Stained glass windows cast weak and watery colors on the floor, victims of the weather. You note a couple robins perching on one of the windowsills.
>"So," says the kasha, "What brought you out this way?"

> To the hall, then, apparently! Let's at least try to keep our feet under ourselves as we're dragged along.

>You are drug along, doing your best to keep on you feet. Thankfully, the kasha isn't so single-minded that you're really at risk of being drug off your feet, but it wouldn't do to stumble.
>You are taken through the hall and into a room dominated by a stone balcony with two stone stairways leading up to either side of it, huge things that could easily accomodate a number of people, or in this case a couple of napping cats and a green lizard of some kind. She leads you up the western stairway, and into the western hallway by the top of those stairs. From there you enter a corridor with several doors along the southern wall, and windows to the north that let you see a rather verdant courtyard below
>She stops in front of one door in particular,  bearing a little wooden sign dangling from it that says "Satori's Room" in colorful mismatched letters, and bears child-like pictures of kittens and puppies. She bangs on it and says, "Hey Satori! You need to get out here right now!"
>The door opens after a few moments, revealing a short purple-haired youkai in a blue gown, wrapped in red cords and bearing some rather astounding bed-hair. "Orin, I'm trying to sleep," She mumbles. Then her eyes, which you note include one on her chest connected to those cords, focus on you. "Who are you?"
