Hmm from the looks of it, it wouldn't actually be too much different from the first one (beginning, chibi time, dance at end). But at least there will be more focus on the non-chibi parts unlike that first time.

ashshdjfj I showed the counterpart once before, and nobody reacted to that! *frothes in mouth*

ANYWAY, it appears there will be multiple full animated parts, instead of just one short opening. I dare say that this time there might actually be a real story and not just a short opening. The first part (with Fragments playing in the background) actually looks like it's trying to tell a story (atleast about Maribel and Yukari. The other parts are clearly opening). I can imagine some voice acting in those parts. Though, this could just be wishful thinking. The Marisa vs Yuuka part appears to be a music video, and ofcourse we'll have a new chibi show full of slapstick humor.
I have to admit that most of the jokes in the Fragments part actually made me laugh, especially Reisen's predicament and Alice's...private moment. However, I'm still confused what Chen was crying about. That kitty face on the blanket can't be a bed wet stain.... can it?

I think it's strange people get so agitated about fanon being used in, well, fan-works.
Also, there is possibly no other series in existance that goes so well hand-in-hand with fanon as Touhou. ZUN is basically the patron saint for the 'Sure, Why Not' trope. He made the China nickname official, he gave Momiji the detached sleaves plus wolf feature look in one of his novels (she had neither on her game sprite in MoF. Those blodges on her head were shading and there was no tail visible. Fans added them for extra moe) and  he also made Daiyousei's and Koakuma's name official, lampshading Alice, Marisa and Reimu's fan potrayals in Meiling's dream and much much more, all of which was thought up by fans.
I think the fanon just adds more to the whole of Touhou. An extra dimension if you might say so. Most of it provided the extra humor, awesomeness and allure of the Touhous, and it isn't that farfetched or annoying. If it wasn't for fandom, most of the characters would be pretty empty and lack alot of characteristics.
Although, some ARE pretty annoying (Suppa Tenko Ran comes to mind. I don't care for Alice so her mood swings don't bother me that much.)

It looked pretty cool, but be perfectly honest, what got the biggest reaction out of me was the

at the end. I did NOT see that coming.

I think it'll be a little bit more well-developed this time around, although I don't know HOW developed. Guess I'll just watch it on Nicovideo or whatever once it comes out.
