> "Thanks."  Sanae sighs a bit.  "Do you think we'll be able to go inside soon?  It's a little chilly out here."

> "There's no void in there," Sanae says.  "What are you talking about?"

> "What?  At least it wasn't the actual Moriya Shrine."  Sanae stands up and smooths out her skirt.  "I'm going to go see if we can go inside yet."

> You and Sanae leave the field and approach the mansion.  Sanae gets to the doors before you do; when she tries them, they open without resistance.
> "I'm sure Iku won't mind if we just go in," Sanae says as the two of you enter the mansion.  Just  like the last time you were here, it's dark inside.  You're sure you've never been in here during the day.
> As you close the doors behind you, you hear footsteps down the left hallway.

> You stop Sanae with a tap on the shoulder.  She looks back at you.
> "What?" she whispers.

> Gesture at the left corridor. "Someone's on their way."

> At that moment, Iku emerges from around the corner, and stops when she sees the two of you.
> "Good, I didn't have to go back out to get you," she says.  "It took a while to get things ready.  This way, if you will."

> You and Sanae follow Iku as she leads you down the hall.  You stop at a door on the left, and Iku opens it to reveal a room with white walls and ceiling, and a marble floor.  There are two double beds side by side, with a nightstand and lamp between them.  A large dresser sits against the opposite wall, with a vase of daisies and other wildflowers sitting on it.  The curtains to a window looking out over the fields are drawn back.  There's another door leading to what you assume is a private bathroom and shower.
> "I wanted to make sure everything was tidied up and ready for guests," says Iku as Sanae takes a running leap onto one of the beds.

> "You're welcome."  Iku leaves the room, closing the door behind her.
> You turn to Sanae and start making plans.
> "The Moriya Shrine," she says while leaning over the edge of the bed to put her shoes on the floor.  "But don't worry, once we fall asleep I'll come get you."

> "I wonder why that is.  I mean, you don't have a dream world counterpart so it's not like you'd wake up in a bed, but why the same..."  Sanae shakes her head.  "I'm just rambling.  Good night!"
> With that, she crawls under the covers and throws them over her head.

> You kick off your shoes and lie down under the covers of your own bed.  Today was exhausting for you physically, mentally, and emotionally; all of this combined with the quiet and the comfortable bed allow you to fall into sleep like a brick in a pond.
> You feel a hand grab your arm, and you jolt.  All around you are stars in an inky blackness, but every now and then you swear you see an eye.  Sanae is floating above you, aglow in starlight.  Her hair is a lot longer, her clothes more flowy, and a pair of almost-transparent wings suspend her in midair.
> "Good, I found you.  Let's go," she says, and starts to drag you along through the void.

> You make a startled noise, but after realizing you're asleep, you just let Sanae pull you along by the hand.
> "We're in the space outside the Dream World," she says.  "Look, there's a light over there.  We'll pass through that."
> She points to said light, a curtain of blues and greens in the midst of the space.  It's so bright, though, that you can hardly see the colors at all.

> "An entrance," Sanae says.  The light grows, engulfing the darkness.  You're sure you weren't this close to it a few seconds ago.
