Wow amazing, despite a very clear warning in the OP and several bitch sessions from me about TH piracy and how much I hate it, super idiot asks for DL links in the UFO thread.

I gave them a 2 week probation, but then I noticed they posted in the 12.3 thread too.  And guess what that was?  And guess what happened after that?  Free upgrade to ban.

Only vaguely related: This makes me curious. How many copies of UFO were printed? Or 12.3?

I am pondering how much demand there is related to the supply at present.

I'd assume that a lot of copies had to be printed, since ZUN would probably know about the demand. Then again, ZUN wants the hype to die down, so...

@TSO: Ah, shaved legs? Not even I'm that brave.
And I'm glad I got out of that sort of life your brother seems to be stuck in... I used to talk in my sleep too. But it looks like he'll need real, professional help to make sure he doesn't stay in that deathtrap of a lifestyle.

I never knew getting to know people over the internet could be fun.
I didn't know I had so many similarities with TSO in regards to family situations.
TSO, I see you in a new light, and am glad to know you.
But as you say, we are merely cold lines of text;
However that doesn't mean the hearts from whence they spawned aren't warm.

UFO is in short supply because of nerdfights making ZUN close his table early.

I absoutely LOATHE body hair :|
And my brother has now gotten a call at 4am, and just got a shower and left, after only being here and asleep for 3.  I have no clue what the hell he's doing now leaving at this time of night and frankly I don't want to know.

First time I actually heard someone say they loathe body hair.

if it makes me feel good, I tend to go full bald and full no hair on my face. I haven't yet shaven my chest hair, and recently it is beginning to look like I am breeding mites down there.

Oh did I forget to mention he used to be (and probably still is) a skinhead?  When he was still in highschool I had to cart him out to this abandoned barn in the middle of nowhere (even more nowhere than where I live), and it had a giant anarchy symbol and a swastika painted on it.  And he always referred to anyone not white as a nigger and talked trash about them.  My cousin was even worse, he got in fights with Mexican kids just for being Hispanic.

FML again.

Hair only belongs on my head.  Anywhere else and it is very unwelcome and gross. XP

I have too much body hair, but if I were to try shaving, I'd just get all itchy as it tried to grow back... I tried once when I was too young to think much on it. I still shudder at the thought...

And yeah, if a drug dealer goes out after a call that early, something's probably going down. Do you have a first aid kit handy?

Cut by AF: Oh, I shave my face... Just not my body. I take too long to get clean as it is...

Cut by TSO: A skinhead? Yeah, that changes things. I can't feel bad for him anymore... Still, keep something in case of emergency handy.

Talks about body hair don't generally show up in forum boards.
Being a touhou site I'm willing to bet a bit of people here dislike body hair.
Me included.

Yeah, being a racist really kills what little sympathy I had for him. I was actually trying not to hate on him lately; trying to tell myself he's just kinda dim and a victim of that, social prejudice, and circumstance. But Jesus Christ, there is no excuse for being a skinhead whatsoever.

Also, I am not that hairy compared to many. But I have a lovely neckbeard. I should post up my community picnic photos from a few weeks ago! =]

I dunno, he's my brother and all and I could never hate him.  And I do think he is turning a corner and at least getting rid of his worst traits and habits.  He's definitely trying to be responsible now and maintain a job at least, and he did manage to pay off his entire DUI fine and reinstatement fee all on his own.

I think he'll grow out of it.  He's not irredeemable, just, lost I suppose.  He definitely liked to hang out with the wrong crowd growing up but I think he's slowly learning that the wrong crowd is that way for a reason.

And tell you what, Pesco. Poke me sometime tomorrow, and I will. My little sister uploaded 'em all to imageshack a little while ago, so when I feel less about to go to bed, I'll post up what we saw at the community picnic. And you can laugh at how badly the humidity ruined my hair =]

No you're perfectly fine in your assumptions.  I just tend to see the good in people and assume the best.  I'm a hopeless optimist when it comes to everyone except myself :[

No shame in that. Most people tend to have some good in them, somewhere. You pretty much have to in order to face that day, or at least believe you do.

Also it is bedtime for errant Purvises. Good night, Tso, everyone. =]

It's no good to see the good of people if you can't do the same for yourself, silly~

It's part of the reason I'm glad I escaped that sort of lifestyle when I did. I'm already jaded enough, but I try to see the good in everyone too. I'm even going into psychology now, just to try and dig out the good in people.

Anyway, I think I'm going to bed too. Goodnight, everyone!
Get some sleep, TSO, and you'll hopefully feel better in the morning.

I just can't stand the thought of someone hating me, and I always assume it's something I do so I will do stupidly foolish things in an attempt to mend friendships.  I also see people who are making stupid decisions or are just failing at life and attempt as much as I can to help them, sometimes to the detriment of myself :/

Yet, when it comes to myself, I really don't seem to fight or struggle for my rights or my wants and needs.  I'll happily sacrifice my own for someone else :[

And yeah I'll try to nod off now, but I probably won't be able to orz

Yeah yeah, believe in yourself, your biggest obstacle is yourself, etc.

It's kind of hard to put that in practice when you are so completely and utterly disgusted and detached from the image and physical nature you possess now.  It's so bad that sometimes I don't feel like I'm really me, and I'm just controlling some guy and watching his life though his eyes.  It's like being stuck in a bad video game with no reset button :\

I dunno how to explain it other than think of your worst flaw, and then magnify that to your entire body and that's a fraction of some of the conflict I have.  And the worst thing is being confined into a role and mannerism and being told you can't or shouldn't do a lot of things that interest you because of this "flaw".

Now you are just going emo, we all have our weak moments, I think it is necessary that you choose who you want to be and assert yourself in certain manners.
Of course, no one wants a snob, no one wants you to walk out there start talking your ass off and tell people about how good or how well you can market yourself to the people.

What your worst flaw is about admitting that flaw.

So your parents think you can't become someone like this or like that, isn't it more important to actually sort of like, make a checklist of who you want to be? I think I made myself unclear, but it is important, that you know who you want to be, who you can be.

roles are given, it is what stigma is all about that, you should not let that bind you.

I dunno what better pep talk to give, but you gotta stop feeling so down over this, it is big issue if you let it develop into intense self-actualization of a depression, at that point, I dunno, even morphine won't help you.

wow, I'm sure M-F has a point there, also I used to have an uncle like that, he got out of it, but it was rough, last time I herd about him, which was a while ago, he was bipolar and turned into a germaphobe, he was so much more fun before the drugs too.
