Yes, like that. I've been wanting to make music for a long time, but haven't really gotten my ass in gear and found a program I liked. Now I'm using Ableton Live 9, which is rather pleasant.
I'm a total novice, but I'm practicing by making Touhou arranges, which of course is really damn hard when you're on "baa baa black sheep" level. So far, I've mostly done a bunch or intros.
It's mostly trance-like. I'm still figuring out how stuff works.
I have one finished song, an arrange on Orin's stage melody. I think it turned out pretty nice, with a little help from a friend:

https://soundcloud.com/ragathol/lullaby-wip4 Earlier WIP of Orin
https://soundcloud.com/ragathol/unowen-wip2 U.N. Owen was her? I dunno.
https://soundcloud.com/ragathol/bridge-wip1 That bridge no one longer crosses... sort of
https://soundcloud.com/ragathol/bamboo-forest-wip1 It kind of is the bass line from DDC stage 3
https://soundcloud.com/ragathol/love-magic-wip2 This should be recognizable
You can see a bunch of other little bass lines and earlier WIPs if you poke around there, too.
Will update when I have something more, if anyone's interested.
