The only way to refute that would be the fact that you only felt antsy when you were in the room itself.

That's probably what the bucket of water is for. Since you don't immediately notice anything odd about yourself, you probably don't need to go all-out for this. If it were that bad, you wouldn't be able to do this by yourself.
