I still haven't read anything from deadline closely yet, that's on my todo list.
IHNN is a nulltown read for me. Like I thought CF7 was townish and IHNN's posting hasn't really turned me in one direction or another.

All this is just confirming that I should actually get my reread done before I run my mouth off but that'll have to wait for when it's not the middle of the night over here.

Scum for right now are Dan and Vhaltzo (shut up I know he flipped town)- The fact that all of the votes piled in after the surprise 14% makes the intent behind the votes impossible to read.

I don't think anyone is backing up Dan. HW was voting him for scum, I don't remember Valtzho defending him outside of agreeing with Serela's suggestion to cop him, and Ninja is, well, copping him.

It all happened in the last two pages.

Dan made a sketchy claim not backed up by anybody that I can see, and then singled out Polaris 'based on the last few pages' without any references or quotes.

A page and a half of waffling later, Serela voted Polaris, (who then appeared to defend themselves), then Hunter voted, Shadoweh voted, Hunter voted, CF7/NoName voted, SeriousBananas, Prims, and Skyhammer.

In hindsight I'm amazed that so many of us (me too) jumped on a wagon started by the guy that only an hour earlier was L-1 himself. I didn't even read the thread. I just saw 4% and Prims saying something about we had to lynch. That's why I voted. I had no read on Validon at all.

I'm pretty confident that Dan's scum, and the people who supported that ball-rolling so quickly include the names that keep coming up. Serela, Shadoweh, and CF7/NoName.

Do we really need to use the cop on Dan? Can't we use it on some other towny that we want to know about, like Shadoweh or CF7? Hell, it already came back positive for Serela and we didn't lynch the guy. If it comes back positive for Dan too, will we even lynch him then? It seems like Dan served up a plate of complete shit and half of us - me too - ate it without a second thought.

What the hell. I know I'm new to the group but this makes my misdeclare-game-end look like nothing out of the ordinary.

I can back up what he claimed, just a backup vig with no bulletproof or third party wincon. He claimed it in the QT shortly after claiming in-thread because he believed both Dark and Prims are town.

The thing is, Dan claimed he doesn't have a third party wincon, that means that if we cop him he should either return a positive result that comes from scum!Dan or a negative result that means town!Dan. There's no middle ground where Dan can claim an ITP wincon after investigating as a threat to town because he has already claimed he doesn't have one.

IDK why Darkie is saying he's probably getting nk'd when he claimed that he'll take scum down with him if he is from his role? Do you really think scum want you dead SO MUCH they'll have one of them commit suicide on you? (Granted, if Dan is scum, I could see that happening)

Like, really, most of your beef with me seems to be from lurking (at a time when lurking isn't foreseeably beneficial to me as I explained awhile ago) when the rest of the time I've been highly active and definitely not lurking, and that I didn't fullclaim, when the first time you said that a bunch of people came and told you "but that's not actually scummy in this case".

Sort of miffed that Dan managed to slide out of the kill, dunno what the hell you guys are doing waffling on someone who can't keep up a sensible claim, but I guess I'm just annoyed I can't keep a good scumread without one of them flipping town (like Validon) or arbitrarily deciding the cop is going to come to the rescue and prove their innocence.

Initial gutscum goes back onto Shadoweh, aside from Dan. She still looks more like a cheerleader then a scumhunting townie to me.

Going back and reading all thirty pages is going to take awhile for ISOs. Who's even left to suspect? I've got nothing whatsoever on IHNN, I still think he's town from D1 shenanigans.

I guess I'll have to seriously put consideration back onto Conq because I'm running out of options. I'm not liking Zak, alebit I never finished my ISO of him again because I'm super bad so I'll finally complete that right now

Yeah, not too much of a scumread on Zak, tbh. The steer onto the Polaris wagon (which I myself wouldn't have been too opposed to) as opposed to Serela is strange. It miffs me how he basically "cleared" Serela without knowing Dan's alignment first, but not really a big deal.

Option 1 - Neko is scum and didn't get to make a hit last night.
Option 2 - Neko isn't scum and was hit overnight (but saved).
Option 3 - Scum hit somebody who was bulletproof for no effect, it's just a coincidence Neko was picked by me.

However, I guess that's about a 1/3 chance Neko's scum and that might put them ahead of anybody else for today. Let's see how the check on Dan went last night, too.

Probability doesn't work like that. That's like saying if you play in the lottery, there's 2 outcomes: you win or you lose. Therefore, you have a 1 in 2 chance to win, when we all know the odds are worse than 1 in several million.
Option 1 definitely has the highest probability, but we can't assign concrete numbers. Either way, the other 2 options are something that can be considered, but aren't likely.

Also: thank goodness if NNR is scum it means my conspiracy theory isn't right :dragonforce:
