Let's see...

Well, here's something.

I 1cc'd Subterranean Animism and Mountain of Faith before I 1cc'd Any of the other games. Of course, before that, I got through normal mode of Imperishable Night before that. Without losing a life. :3

I am currently dressed as light yagami, holding a "budget edition" death note.

I should draw a komachi on it....

1. SA is the easiest easy mode
2. MarisaxAlice is a bad idea
3. Touhou memes are bad.

-I don't own/haven't played most Touhou games.
-I don't like SHMUPs, but like Touhou.
-I don't like anime or manga with exception to fan-made Touhou silliness.
-I think Hong Meiling, Yuugi Hoshiguma and Moku Fujiware are my favorite characters, in that order.
-I hate Marisa's personality.  Her characters playstyle/shottypes intrigue me at best.
-I had heard Mima's Reincarnation theme a full three years before I knew what Touhou was.
-I had heard Flandre's theme a full year before I knew what Touhou was.
-I had known what Touhou was and been playing for half a year before I realized the game from three and a half years prior was a Flash Remake of TH01.
-I do not think ZUN's art is phenominal, I think his music is relatively speaking simple and his game choice to be limited in depth, but the ability of one person to do all three at the level he can simply blows my mind.
-I think I like Yuugi more than Meiling, depending on my mood.  I dislike how Meiling is portrayed in Fanon and I think Yuugi needs more air-time.
-I am rambling at this point.

*edit*

-I cannot remember a Touhou game's layout, level or patterns for the LIFE of me.  I will STILL continue to kill myself by rushing the PoC on EoSD Stage 4 right before the mass of books spawn.  I can never remember where the spokes are going to come out, and I have to relearn patterns on bosses each time I fight them.  Memorization comes slowly for me, very slowly.  All of my playing is based on reaction and I am too old for that to pay off.

-Touhou is responsible for me meeting my girlfriend. True story. Also, she was over at my place this weekend and we played PCB.

Why do all the girls around here have to be "anime is the devil, praise jesus!" and "Touhou? You like little girls? How disgusting! KYAHA!"....WHY!?

Where's "here"? Maybe you should consider moving to a more liberal and rational area of the world, such as the Pacific Northwest.  :V

Well, she's the sister of the guy I've been doing the Touhou panels with in Seattle and Vancouver. I met her at the 09/09/09 Strongest Day party.
She isn't all that into Touhou but knows what it is and has played some of the games a bit. She also dabbles a little in the gothic-lolita circle and likes yuri. :3

...I met my last girlfriend through Touhou... Actually, I guess I got her interested in me and the games at the same time through some kind of odd multitasking. It didn't end well, but I learned a lot from the experience. Still, there is the sneaking suspicion that she only got interested in the games because of her interest in me... I know she hasn't come to MotK in a very long time, and I sometimes wonder if she even plays them anymore.

Wait, flash remake of Highly Responsive to Prayers? You lucky one...

Okay......
As proven from my post in the Touhou sort thread, Shingyoku is my #1 favorite character at the moment. Also stated by my titles of course~ I will be the Tubane that draws Shingyoku's male form hahaha. And I can make up stories featuring Shingyoku. And the male form will be my first thing to release as a cut-in set for Danmakufu.
Am I the only one that prefers pronouncing Cirno as kir-no?
I am not fond of pairings. I want to go with ShingyokuxReimu(no female form involved, seperation should do the trick) and MarisaxRinnosuke
Mountain of Faith is the first Touhou game I 1cced. But it may sound humiliating but I bomb a lot at Sanae.
I find Marisa as a slave during Imperishable Night.
I call Reisen: Udonge.
I think Sakuya, Patchy, Alice, Cirno, China, Yuyuko, Yukari are overrated but that doesn't mean I hate them 100% basher-style.
I like Reimu's EoSD personality.
I give attention to the underrated characters.

I may forget stuff so I would maybe post here when I remember.

I forgot to add in there that I believe Satori has short arms and I draw her reasonable arm length.

This one is too common probably, but I'll mention it anyway. I am way too inconsistent at these games. Sometimes I can kick ass at them but then I try again and fail miserably.

1. I find Orin to be so much easier than Utsuho, at least on Normal since I haven't fought them on higher than that. It took me over 60 tries to beat Normal Utsuho counting all my continues, and I was never able to do it until I had enough lives stocked to 1cc the game. Even now I can't consistently beat her. I can consistently beat Orin most of the time.

2. I also like the PC-98 games.

3. I also like Shoot the Bullet, well when I'm not trying one of the BS spellcards, though I'm only up to level 7 on it.

4. I really dislike Reimu and the only reason I usually use her over Marisa is that Marisa or her teams do worse than Reimu does.

I'll edit this when I think of some more.

1) I got into Touhou all because of the music and characters, actually
2) I have both known about and liked the series for a few months now, yet only started playing the games a few days ago
3) I suck, even on easy modes...at least so far
4) In spite of the above I can tell I already am hooked on the series
this is the norm, not the exception
Regarding score threads: For the time being, I'm not going to be online much; I would suggest that you simply do as you normally do, because I will come back and I will want those threads when I do.
