Swapping the "Portraits" in EoSD

I want to try and swap the portraits (The pictures that show up when the characters are talking) in EoSD but I don't know where or how to start going about this. Or if its even possible. If it is could somone give me some help on doing it?

It is possible.
I don't know how to do it, but I think you'll need the programs in Drake's topic in this same board. I think he will be able to help you too, since he has already done something like that.
