I had absolutely no idea what was reasonable so I just went straight up the middle. Oh well. :V

Maybe that clan that splintered off of us can sell us back some of our cows.

And fine, Engarna, you can have some more carls.

Cowsssssssssssssssss

One of your carls, Enderos, appears at the boundary of your clan lands, tied to the back of his horse. He's been tarred and feathered, and a leather "bill" has been attached to his face. When you get him cleaned up, he explains that he was assaulted while visiting kin among the Taralings clan. "Orngerin, a thane of that clan, said that we are too friendly to the ducks," Enderos explains. "She said that the ducks are secretly servants of Delecti, the undead wizard who lives at the heart of the great swamp called the Upland Marsh. It is her mission to punish those foolish enough to fall in league with the ducks."
1. Convince Orngerin that ducks are foes to the undead.
2. Do nothing.
3. Encourage Enderos to pursue private vengeance against Orngerin.
4. Launch a legal claim against Orngerin.
5. Raid the Taralings in retaliation for this insult.
6. Raid the Marsh Ducks, to prove you are no duck-friends.
Orngerin is crazy! If it weren't for the valiant ducks, we'd be hip-deep in undead foes! (1)

The ducks are less of a threat than the Taralings. (6)

I have dealt with the ducks, and they are no friends of the undead. (1)

We have a good case for slander against Orngerin's clan. (4)

I know Enderos well, and he hasn't the stomach for revenge. (2)

If we were the royal clan, we would not be humiliated like this.

The ducks talk funny, but at leastwe can usually trust them. I'm not so sure about the Taralings.
