Papa Iskalli: still Ace Attorney.

Your emissaries approach the earliest clan to arrive in the area, the Greenwings, to see if they want to join your new tribe. "We might be interested," says their chieftain, Orlkarth, "If you promise to make war on our enemies, the beastfolk. You must also perform an annual ritual to propitiate the spirit of the stone cross we took from the old boundary between Heortland and Dragon Pass. And, naturally, as the senior clan in the area, we require seats on the tribal council."
1. Abandon negotiations.
2. Agree to propitiate the cross spirit.
3. Demand their magical blessings for the entire tribe.
4. Guarantee them a seat or seats on the council.
5. Promise to make war on Beastfolk.
6. Give gifts.
They are worthy of a seat or even two, but the other clans will balk if we promise more.

I am not one to shirk a fight, but the beastfolk are dangerous enemies. We don't even know how many of them there are!

Demand their blessings, then offer three seats and propitiate the cross spirit. If that doesn't work, then promise them their war.

The Greenwing wisdom is shown not by their early arrival, but by the size and health of their herds.

They want respect above all. Even the fight against the enemies, the beastfolk, is a battle for respect.

I'm not sure about this war against the beastfolk...
Most of these do come with suggested option(s) but I feel like for this set of events that part's not so useful.
