My progress is basically just normal 1cc on all danmaku games except PoDD and GFW. Gotta try podd sometime since it looks really fun, it's just that the shot button system annoys me.
Also missing extra clears on PoFV (lol), GFW (obviously), MS and SoEW. I don't even feel like attempting Evil Sigmas extra since it looks like BS. Alice just destroyed me for some reason and I can't even remember what attack of hers I found so difficult.

Koishi, well, raped me way too many times. After I finally cleared her after who-knows-how-many-times (using the Suika shottype

) I had started to develop a hatred for heart danmaku and the word "surpression".

Ten Desires:

Normal 1cc with all characters
Extra clear with Reimu
All Overdrives captured. Seiga's took 149 tries.

Also, got over 1/4 of the way through Miko on my first Hard mode attempt. Normally my first Hard mode attempts in other games only get as far as around the stage 6 midboss. Shouldn't be long till I can get this as my 5th Hard 1cc.

After 33 attempts(well, it's on the Player Data screen), I finally got a good run with MarisaC in SA Normal. Ended up 1ccing it.

Now I've gotten all-shot-type clears on Normal for every Windows game except PoFV and GFW. Probably should start playing the PC-98 games soon...

Edit: And I died as many times on Satori as on Orin. What.

2MNB TD Lunatic 1cc with Youmu

If it's worth anything. My goal is NMNB (trance allowed) with Youmu. This could have definitely been that run. Both deaths were incredibly stupid. One death to Futo's last spell somehow. And then the other death because I tranced Miko's penultimate spell too early. Ughhh.... Maybe this was rage thread worthy. haha...

If I died so little that I could actually count how many times and I bombed nothing at all, I'd be very proud of myself, and I'm proud of you that you're able to get it so low of a count for a 30-minute run.

Baiscally, I think your stupid deaths were Anxiety Deaths; you're hoping so hard to win that you're worrying about it when you should be concentrating. That factor is what made me stop letting Touhou monopolize my time; I can't keep mid-game anxiety from doing that to me.

I'm still a bad player, and my first try at PCB Lunatic with SakuyaA had me continue twice before getting to Prismriver Sisters
so why oh why did I beat them perfectly? I started the match with no bombs and didn't die until the dreaded Youmu nonspell.
It's like all that the poltergeists get on higher difficulties is more bullets. Poor girls. You got beat by a secondary.

I don't even feel worthy of contributing to this thread, but I want to set some goals for myself and it'd be good to keep track of what I've already done.

Easy 1cc - all except HM and DDC
Normal 1cc - all games except HRtP, PoDD, GFW, both photography games, HM and DDC. (not with all characters and shot types, though)
Hard 1cc - LLS, MS, EoSD, PCB, IN, PoFV
Lunatic 1cc - PoFV
Extra clears - EoSD, PCB + phantasm

~~So perhaps I should start with the easiest and get the Easy mode over with.~~ Haven't really touched HM or DDC yet. I'm waiting for English patch. My ultimate goal would probably be to get at least one 1cc from each game on all difficulties. That's gonna take some time. A lot of it. Assuming I'll even get that far.

Nearly beat Mokou with the screen flipped and my controller's UDLR changed to DURL (In other words, Reimu moves where I tell her from my perspective, from the game's perspective she moves up when I press down), essentially meaning I have to learn how to dodge bullets from below.

Seriously guys it's much harder than it sounds, I'm mentioning it because of the simple reason of "I felt like it". Anything along the line of out-of-the-client actions (I.E. can't be tracked in a replay like framerate) can't be proven. If I ever make a video with the achievement done, I won't be able to prove shit to anyone but myself.

I actually have considered doing something like this to improve my brain's reading of bullets from below. Because I am bad at attacks like Byakuren's final nonspell where you have to do just that.

I finally 1 CC'd EoSD Normal. It was my first Touhou game, so it really feels nice to have finally beaten it. I used ReimuA, since I really hate B's stage 4. Much practice is still needed, since I did really terribly after the stage portion of stage 3.

Finally cleared IN Extra with someone besides Reimu/Yukari.

Granted, normally I usually only clear it, even with Reimu/Yukari with 1 or 2 lives left, so it was a pleasant surprise to clear it with Sakuya/Remilia with 3 lives and 2 bombs left (Only didn't capture Fugiyama Volcano, Possessed by Phoenix, and Imperishable Shooting)

Also just cleared it with Youmu/Yuyuko, although it was a complete fail, as I only finished with 1 bomb and no lives.

Edit: 1CC'd hard on IN with 3 teams, now. Now to just 1CC lunatic... and then eventually figure out how to use Marisa/Alice

Cleared Ran on my second real attempt. Aside from two bombs on Chen's final and somehow dying to Ran's first non, no real derp. Ended up clearing with 3 lives.

I bombspammed her timeout towards the end to as a self-imposed thing to stop myself from panic-bombing during her final. That must have been good, since I ended up capturing it :V

Another random stab at scoring DDC Lunatic. Still no better at Kagerou, but I got my first perfect Sekibanki fight in the process. In fact, I'm getting more comfortable with everything in the first two stages at this point. I'm wondering if I should suicide more aggressively to replenish bombs in Stage 3 though. I haven't seen enough replays to tell how useful cancelling bullets is there.

I'm not particularly familiar with DDC Lunatic scoring, seeing as I don't really have the survival ability for it myself, but in general stage 3 is more about getting high collection multipliers, to make use of the PIV gained in stages 1 and 2. The most polished Royalflare Lunatic records are ReimuA and SakuyaB (and MarisaB but that's completely different); you could watch those. For ReimuB scoring, see the Normal record.

A perfect Sekibanki doesn't seem like a good idea for DDC scoring, by the way. Those nonspells are worth a lot of PIV if bombed, which should be more than enough to compensate for the power loss of a suicide or two. I think ReimuB can use two bombs per nonspell without depleting her health.
