I captured Lunatic Scarlet Meister and Scarlet Gensokyo for the first time. In the same run

(too bad I failed Eternal Meek and Vampire Illusion)

Getting pretty consistent at Young Demon Lord too, which I used to suck at.

EDIT: Captured Meister again lol. I have randomly improved a ton the past week or so.

I used both the death fairy and Flaw of Forgiving Shrine safespots because I'm cool like that

It was actually my second time getting to Fujiyama Volcano and beyond, and I also somehow managed to not die until after Honest Man's Death. The two spell cards I derped out on were Fujiyama Volcano(for obvious reasons) and Hourai Doll, since I totally forgot which way to go and started going counter-clockwise at first. I think I had 2 lives and 3 bombs going into it...

It's almost midnight where I live, I should probably go to sleep now...

Yay, got a capture of Kagerou's last spell card without using one of the homing shot types.

Also discovered that timing out the final spell cards in the DDC bossrush will make you game over instantly choosing to retry just makes you roam the limbo of post boss nothingness forever ;_;

Nearly perfected Mokou. I messed up on the cards I normally can clear. Her first, Pheonix Tail, and sadly Possessed By Pheonix(I never fail this card so I don't know how I messed it up) and Imperishable Shooting even though I never cleared it before.

I made it up to Inflated Superego before I lost all of my lives. That and Release of the Id are hard. This is the furthest I've gotten, and I plan to go further! (Also got through the stage itself without losing a life. This is also a huge accomplishment for me, I hate the stage.)

Recently I've started playing Touhou again. Well, anyway, I managed to 1cc TD and UFO (UFO just barely, I had an ABYSMAL 5th and 6th stage, I dumped like 6 lives = =;; ) I also managed to beat MoF Extra. It's really weird, some of the spellcards in that extra are really easy (Like Suwako's 1st and Kanako's 1st IMO) but then others are absolutely brutal (like the Suwako's Frog Hunting, there must be some sort of trick to it, maybe just stay at the corners and run in after the middle has exploded?) but despite that I was able to clear the extra

Cleared PoFV extra with Komachi and Eiki and unlocked Blazing Star with a surprisingly non-terrible run!

I might update this later when I capture Blazing Star or 1cc IN with my sixth shottype (probably Youmu solo) to get Youmu's (and Yukari's) Last Word.

Granted, they were both IN Easy, but hey, it's my first time using a controller and I still haven't worked out a button layout I'm completely happy with. Oh well, a clear's a clear.

Working through all the Extra stages again :3
Managed a comfortable Koishi clear in which I didn't die until I reached Genetics, and a very comfortable Flandre clear. QED is really not that hard, and Flandre as a whole is actually really quite easy if you're prepared to spend a single bomb on a spell if you get stuck somewhere.
Yukari is next, then Nue and Mamizou to finish :3

I managed to beat a good 7 of Yukari's cards in PCB PH before I went down. That's a new record.

I haven't played the EoSD Extra stage since I beat it over a year ago. First try, just yesterday, I got up to her survival before I got taken down.

Still can't get past Honest Man's Death against Mokou, so nothing's really changed. I guess I'm just honest :3

To top it all off, I just Normal 1cc'd SA once again, with ReimuB this time. These have been a good couple of days.

I got an SA Normal 1cc with ReimuC. This was my first attempt in weeks, and the only one that I didn't restart due to derp in Stages 1-3.

I finally 1cc'd EoSD Normal. I actually started the series because I think Flandre is a miracle of the universe and I made it my goal to face her. (On a related note, I captured Cranberry Trap the first time I faced it. It was half luck of course, and I lost all 3 of my lives to 'WTF Sign -Flandre, Stop'--aka Laevateinn.
1st 1cc's are always cool, but it's always anticlimactic when I get to the last spellcard with, say, 1 life 2 bombs. I go in thinking I've got this, and then I die right away to something dumb and I realize that I'm still mortal and start spamming master sparks until the little girl at the top of the screen is a pile of ash.

This was actually my first time making it farther than Laevateinn because, well, I haven't attempted it since March.

Yeah, I watch replays thinking, "oh wow this spellcard is simple just avoid the sword and go through the rows of bullets."
Then I get to it and I forget which way to go and which way she swings her sword and then there's a stray bullet and shit I died twice.

That Touhou dream last night got me playing this again. After a couple hours I finally got a decent performance on Sekibanki, but Kagerou will honestly have to wait until the full version before I can really get better at her.
