It's very common for animal youkai to have sharp hearing, but Rin's seems to be more sensitive than sharp.

The two blondes sharing the air with her waste little time in pursuing their friend, and Rin ducks instinctively as the shorter of the two passes rather close over top of you both.

And she does have a very orderly nature to her, much like the blooming of one. And when you think about it, the one tied to the Lily does has a feeling of serene purity and kindness. I believe you already know her, if you take into consideration that the name's the same in either form.

I rather enjoy it myself. I only wish I was more knowledgeable on the subject.

>First one that comes to mind is Meiling's garden. Your school groundskeeper keeps a fairly extensive flower collection, located in three places around the school grounds: a little greenhouse, on the north side of the main building, and on the roof of said. It's quite likely that Rin has seen a lotus flower there, but didn't know the name of it.
>They can also be found in the lake in the Saigyouji Memorial park, and in the botanical garden attached to the university, as well as the arboretum that can be found on the east side of town. Mayoiga also boasts at least three flower shops you know of, at least one of which would certainly offer lotus blossoms.
