>"Awww yeah. Bet I could fight even Elly on even ground now. And with the new sword I'll be getting, I bet even her impeccable defenses would get cleaved."
>Beat.
>"...I'm gonna need to get used to this powerup, don't wanna have an incident where I accidentally squash something important."
>Shrug. "Well, that comes later, sword first!"
>Let's see about making the three-dimensional shadow of a large-ish hand-and-a-half sword with a sorta-squarish, yet still angled, tip. And the blade seems to go past the hilt on the front edge to form a sort of bladed guard for the hands. "Something like this I'm thinking. I was originally thinking it'd look cross-ish, but I can make a Dark Energy Weapon that'll look like that, so I wanted this sword to be something a bit different. It's exactly to scale too."

> Shinki looks at the shadow you form, and you feel her gathering a massive amount of energy, unlike... anything you've felt before, before she places her hands over the shadow shape, and matter begins to form.

> Yumeko, Mai, Yuki, and Luize [Who takes her ghost form again], all begin to glow, and strands of energy stem from them to the shadow.

> Shinki looks at you, and then the forming blade.

>Let's put our energy into it too!

> You put your energy into the blade, and a black and white stream comes from you.

> You feel yourself being drained heavily, as the blade forms. You can tell the others, barring Shinki, are too, when, suddenly, with a motion of her hands, the contributed energy is cut off, and Shinki continues alone.

> The sword quickly takes form, fitting the mold of darkness you formed for the goddess. It is a brilliant blade, largely silver in color, however, where the light directly shines, it reflects with the red and black that Makai itself is filled with. On the pommel, seems to be a crystal, which is swirling with blue, red, purple, and black energies. You can feel the energies running through the whole blade, like the crystal is the blade's heart or something.

> "All that is left... is to name it." Shinki says.

Just to note, do not consider a name 'used' unless it has been referenced in canon/Rumia Quest.

On the other hand, there are some names I will not allow. Excalibur being one. Mainly because this is a weapon forged by demons. Technically, it's an unholy weapon.

The name can also be a reference to something else, not direct. It doesn't have to directly be named after something. I'm yet to find an appropriate Dante reference which I've been using for Makai-related things. Taoism could be a good place to look for inspiration as well as Christianity.

Well, my post was aimed at getting the sword to give a few hints at what it would like to be named.
Weapon like this is bound to have a will of it's own after all. It's just common logic.

I am aware of that, but for me to give that, I would need some time myself to research, which I did not have [It was almost midnight my local time], so I posted OCC about some possible sources.

Understandable. Come to think of it, you might have already given me the hint.

What do you guys think about 'Crystalheart'? Since the gem on the sword is almost like it's heart, and a gem's a kind of crystal.
Alternately, 'Gem of Makai', since it was created in Makai, by a group of Makai's notables, and it's got a nice-looking gem set in it? Nevermind that the sword itself is pretty beautiful too.

> "Doubtful. I wouldn't advise it, the gems have a habit of hating you for it. Besides, your level of power is not even comparable to how powerful I was, even before I used the Heart to catalyze my energy and magnify myself to godhood. I'd say you would have to increase your energy... three thousand times over, to even be able to create a pocket dimension. Maybe higher, seeing as your power is not creation in the first place."

> The figure is about 10 cm taller than you were, and broader and more muscular too. Her wings are larger than yours are now. The blade is longer and wider than yours, although partially to accomodate the ruby, and partially because the wielder is larger, so probably can bear the increased weight.
